Stay far away from this dump

Dogs barking all night, front desk staff was never answering the phone. Nobody to help with luggage or parking. Worst hotel we have ever stayed at!

My son LOVED the lazy river. The men who set up the beach chairs/umbrellas were great-checked on us at least twice asking about shade adjustments and even helped us with our personal Umbrella set up. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was truly excellent — from the beautiful accommodations to the outstanding service. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout our vacation. One small detail we noticed is that there were no facilities on the balcony to hang and dry wet swimsuits. A simple addition like a foldable drying rack would be very helpful for guests. Aside from that, everything was perfect! We especially appreciated the shaded area of the pool — it was such a nice feature to be able to relax out of the sun during the hottest part of the day without having to go back to the room. Highly recommend this hotel — we would definitely love to come back!

The hotel was awesome the amstaff was great. I just hate that I did not get the room I booked through the site. Expedia swindled me and I am very disappointed. I booked a beachfront with balcony. I did not know beachfront does not overlook the beach or ocean and there was no balcony at all. I was told by staff no balcony rooms had been available since May. They said they have this issue when booking through Expedia all the time. There was nothing they could do to accommodate me. Not on the hotel but Expedia should definitely be more transparent.

We only stayed one night but it was a wonderful experience. Love the beach. Tons of food options within walking distance. The room we stayed in was on the 8th floor. Typical room, small and pretty basic but overall clean. Cleanliness is one of the most important parts to our experience. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing. Access to the beach for ocean swimming was great. We used their beach towels, showered off afterwards and then jumped into the hotel pool. Staff was friendly and everyone seemed happy, both guests and staff. The only negative that we encountered was outside the property. Panama City Beach is very conservative and the political views are advertised within some of the shops, restaurants, and people driving their golf carts with flags that indicate their political views. This creates an additional vibe to the beach experience that is just a bit weird. This of course is outside the control of the hotel, which was exceptional. We would definitely comeback to this hotel for a longer stay.
