Great house!

Everything was great, the house was clean, comfortable, and it had a great location. Any feedback is what would have changed to a five star. There were a few small things that weren’t working 100% during our stay, like a finicky washer dryer. But again very small things. The house fit all of us but felt a little cramped with all the seating squeezed into the main living room. Also, considering we had booked for a week it would have been nice if there had been some basic items. They left us some great welcome bags with dish soap and olive oil, but it was mini. Would have been nice to have a regular sized thing of soap, olive oil, etc. and to not have had to buy trash bags, paper towels, etc.

We had a wonderful family trip. Relaxing on the beach and enjoying the restaurants and shopping in town. House was great. Plenty of things near by for adults and kids.

Great home for 12 can fit all 14 but that is a little tight

Overall we loved our stay. We only had 10 people there and it was great. Two different decks and 3 different TV rooms means everyone could spread out when we wanted to do different things at night. 360 Blue manages this property and they did a great job. I would stay here again! There are three things that could be improved, but they were not important enough to take away any of the stars. The rest of the house was so good I did not want to decrease the rating. Most important they want you to use a lock box instead of providing a code. This is a pain as 10 adults have to share 1 or 2 keys. Also the lock box is in awkward position. The home is a bit over decorated so items in the bathroom and on the kitchen counter get in the way, but it is big enough that we managed. We moved a few things and made sure to put them back so we would not be fined. The couch in the main living room is not very comfortable. The chairs are so we mostly used them.

We brought our entire family for the week at the beach. This house is set up perfectly for a large family. We were right on the beach and a short walk to the shops or a morning cup of coffee.

Above and beyond Service and the most beautifully decorated home with magical sunset views

The house is impeccable, it is perfection itself, decorated beautifully, a magical home cared for with live and attention to every detail. For guests every possible scenario and consideration taken care of already. I have travelled extensively and this rates at the very top in both comfort and attentive customer service assistance and care. I also have to commend the cleaning crew, everything was fresh, every towel, every bedsheet, the floor to ceiling windows, the cabinets, dishes and labelled cabinets, everything was perfection itself. The multiple kitchen and kitchenette/wet bar spaces were also super convenient. I would recommend this gorgeous home to anyone. It is absolutely perfect.

Ocean Pearl is a real pearl

4 couples and we all had everything we needed. The house was very nicely appointed with lovely decor and furnishings. Less than a block to beach access. Location along 30 A was perfect. We biked everywhere!! Thanks for providing such a nice home.

Girls only - 40 Year birthday Celebration

8 of my best friends and I from elementary school turned 40 this year and decided to rent a beach house in the Rosemary area. The first house we rented experienced some water damage and last minute we were moved to this property. At first, I was devastated that we would no longer be gulf front and I was very concerned that the location of this home wouldn’t allow us to take in the gulf views. But the home was lovely! It’s very large! If you don’t like to or can’t walk up stairs….this is not the house for you. There is an elevator but it’s not super easy to use. We mainly hung around the pool but we did rent back pack chairs and took those to the beach for an hour one day. You can get on the private beach but they won’t let you camp out for the day so we just walked down a little bit and set our chairs up. We had a really nice time and have nothing to complain about!
