This property is in serious need of repair. We arrived with patio furniture in the unit, a broken AC, cabinet doors falling off, splatters on the oven and dirty bed sheets. The property manager took care of the patio furniture and fixed the AC eventually but we were told to wash the sheets or replace them with others found in the unit. Not sure why we pay a cleaning fee to be spending our vacation cleaning the unit. The unit is very dated- cracks in the floors, chunks missing out of tiles, dirty appliances, stains on the walls, the list goes on. Furthermore, we booked the unit in part due to the condo amenities- large beautiful outdoor pool. When we arrived, the pool was completely drained. The manager offered no warning to us that this wouldn’t be available prior to arrival. We got an email day 3 saying the pool is closed. This is unacceptable.Positives- the complex itself has a wonderful location and great views of the ocean/pool. The parking is also very convenient.
