Peaceful quiet space on beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our weekend getaway. We didn’t have to wait on the elevator. Easy walk out to the beach. We rented the chairs and umbrella (great service separate from the condo)Our unit had a musty smell. But it was relatively clean. The full size bed was kinda small for 2 adults. The location was great for smaller crowd on the beach even with a Holiday weekend. I wouldn’t stay in this exact unit next time because of the full size bed. Prefer a queen or King.

Enjoyable vacation destination.

Very Nice Room!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying at GulfGate for over 25 years and this is definitely one of the nicer rooms. The remodeled bathroom is very nice. I thought the mattress was really uncomfortable but that was the only complaint I had! In terms of Gulf Gate overall we did have an issue one night where there were no parking spaces, and saw a lot of cars parked without parking passes, so be aware if you go out late. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Low-key Winter Getaway!

Our unit was recently renovated...and the kitchen contained all pots/utensils/dishware you could possibly need. We’re hoping to make a return visit in 2025!

Great condo for our family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was awesome. The quick walk down to the beach several times a day was great. Everyone was courteous and respectful. We spent a lot of time on the balcony when not at the beach. Beach was never crowded and lots of families at condo. Parking was easy and prime location to a lot of restaurants and things to do. I only have three suggestions: (1) a more thorough cleaning of the floors. Our feet were black within minutes of being at the condo (2) cushions for the chairs on balcony, the seats are hard and not tolerable for very long (3) a new mattress. We could feel every spring and woke up sore each day. Other than those few things, the trip was perfect and we would definitely stay again!

Updated condo but HVAC too loud & parking not good

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros:The condo was clean and updated. Second floor easy to access with stairs. Great access to beach. Couch bed was very comfortable.Cons: HVAC so loud in the bedroom I had to sleep in the living room on the hideaway bed. Pool was very outdated and small. Parking was not good, too many cars with little parking. Room right above the pool area and noisy. Would I stay here again, no.
