Overall property was clean and in good location. Queen bed in master is misleading. Only a full. Location is not within walking distance of restaurants. Otherwise out of ten, I’ll give the unit a solid seven.

Views were amazing! Location of property was within walking distance to a lot of good spots. Kids loved the arcade machine in the condo. Pool was clean and plenty of room when crowded. The tiki bar was a huge hit.

Great location, but poorly cleaned

The location of the property is what makes it appealing. We arrived sat, July 23 after 6 pm due to the email that states that if you arrive at 4 pm check-in that if the cleaning service doesn’t arrive prior than it will it remain as is. There was dried up blood on the pillows, I was promised new ones which never arrived. The comforters had holes. The toilet seat was severely stained promises someone would arrive to clean and no one showed up. I would of never complained about the toilet if there would be some type of cleaning supplies. I literally washed all the bedding and went out to buy cleaning supplies why pay a cleaning fee if I had to literally do it my self? Main reason I’m leaving a review so low is due to the lack of following through by property manager. I wish I could attach images of conversation and of toilet, and the bedding sadly they never came as promised. If these things aren’t an issue for you than it’s a great location.

Including pot holders and cookie sheets in the kitchen would be helpful along with a couple of hand towels. The cleaning before arrival was lacking. Toilets weren’t very clean, socks in a bed, items under beds, pull out bed from couch very dirty, balcony patio was not clean either, telescope on balcony is broke. Labeling the size of the bunkbeds in the listing would be helpful too.

First Family Vacation to Panama City Beach, FL

From the parking deck, covered walk bridge, elevators, hallways, 2 bed suite, swimming pool and surrounding grounds, cleanliness was of obvious importance during our stay. We weren't sure about being on the 18th floor with a small dog, but there were rare elevator waits and the ocean front view was fantastic. We couldn't see sunrises from the angle of our room, but the sunsets were beautiful. We all felt quite comfortable in this bright, beach-themed condo.

Not clean

The beach, the view and the resort were beautiful. Our unit was not clean… in fact, it was very dirty. Upon arrival, there was excessive dirt, crumbs, dust, hair, fur found throughout, including the floors, hide-a-bed, inside chair cusions, corners, balcolny, furniture, etc. The toilet did not work due to a broken chain. The unit was not well supplied. Had to go to the store first day for dishsoap, handsoap, laundry soap, paper towels, kleenex, toilet paper, etc. Kitchen not supplied with salt/pepper, etc., a baking sheet or a pizza pan, oven mit, etc. The dryer was very inconsistent in how it worked; some loads would dry as expected, other times it took 3 or more cycles. I would stay at this resort again, but I would not stay at a property managed by Warren Beach Rentals.

Amazing beachfront

We enjoyed the incredible views and location of this property as well as the wide beaches and pool areas. We were there during my high school daughter’s Spring Break and were pleasantly surprised with how quiet the building was and lack of crowds. We stayed in Destin last year during the same week (after Easter) and the traffic and crowds there were terrible. The condo had a great layout and balcony, with a CD well stocked kitchen. My only complaint is our unit could have been cleaner. There was sand on top of the outdoor seating cushions, the rugs by doors were clearly not vacuumed, and it just felt like the cleaning crew did bare minimum to get the condo ready for our stay. It wasn’t terrible, just didn’t feel like a thorough cleaning was done. The building itself was very well maintained and clean though. The pool and common areas were sparkling.

Housekeeping & Maintenance Issues

I was disappointed having read that the property is cleaned and goes through an inspection process prior to occupancy. Obviously not correct. And once on vacation, I do not want people in and out of my paid space. The time to make everything right is BEFORE I arrive. I have photos to support my claims. The patio space was not cleaned/vacuumed. Tape remnants on patio door. No working clocks in unit. Stove/Oven did not work. Under Microwave Light did not work. Multiple burned out light bulbs. No light source on patio. Master Bath Toilet Seat loose. Unit overall feels a bit closed-in, over-crowded with furniture and dark.

Overall good stay with a few notable issues

Overall, this unit was pretty nice. The decor was nice and up to date. There was sufficient cookware and the layout and location was great. There were board games which was a nice touch for our family. Netflix was available on two out of 3 TVs in the unit. The unit was not very clean. There was animal and human hair on the balcony rug. There was a strong odor in/on the sofa. The bed in the master was a full size bed, which is too small for 2 adults. The TV in the 2nd bedroom was not working and we didn't hear anything else from maintenance after the initial complaint regarding the non-functional TV. We would stay again in the future.
