With a king-size bed in the gulf-side master bedroom, a king bed in the 2nd bedroom suite and a bunk bed in the private room, our condo very comfortably sleeps 6 – all in beds. Enjoy panoramic views from the expansive private beach-front balcony.
• Sleep in Bliss: Experience ultimate comfort with memory foam toppers on all bed mattresses. We want you to wake up refreshed and ready for another day of vacation.
• Climate Control & Cozy Nights: Enjoy a breeze with ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. Additional portable fans are provided for those who enjoy white noise. Extra throw blankets and pillows add to the cozy atmosphere. We understand that everyone has their own comfort preferences. Therefore, we allow our guests control of the thermostat, ensuring your accommodation is tailored to your liking. The thermostat can be adjusted to a low of 68, allowing you to create the ideal climate for your stay.

Booking Information:
• Check-in after 4:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am.
• HOA Policy: Must be 25 years or older to rent. No student groups allowed.
• Maximum Occupancy: 6
• No Pets allowed
• No Smoking in or around the property. Please note that Celadon Beach Resort has a strict no smoking policy and no pet policy for renters. Any violation of the smoking or pet policy will result if the loss of your damage deposit and potential immediate eviction without refund.

• Parking Permit required - $45 flat fee per vehicle per stay.
• E-signed Rental Agreement required upon booking; a 3-day grace period for e-signature.
• Credit card payments: 2nd payment (due 60 days from stay) automatically collected.
• A $250 Security Deposit "Hold" will be placed on your card that is on file 5 days prior to arrival. Holds are released within 2 days of departure, often
the same day.
