NEWLY REMODELED INSIDE & OUT. 2025 RATES ONLINE ARE HUGE DISCOUNT off the regular rates! The Biltmore Beach House, a gorgeous one-of-a-kind seashell clad two-story beachfront home with 6 Bedrooms (2 with private beachfront balconies, 6.5 bathrooms (every bedroom has a private bathroom) with in-ground pool, and in the desirable Thomas Drive area near Schooners. This luxury home has a coquina exterior (seashells) and features a 1000sf grand room with 22 foot ceilings with ornate crown molding. Downstairs features two guest bedrooms with private baths, grand room with wet bar, modern kitchen with dining bar, formal dining room, laundry room and half bathroom. Upstairs features magnificent master bedroom with private beachfront balcony, huge bathroom with his & her triple shower nozzles and separate Jacuzzi tub, as well as toilet and bidet. Second upstairs bedroom has three sets of bunk beds and foosball table. Third upstairs bedroom has a king bed and beautiful ocean view with private balcony and private bath. Fourth upstairs bedroom has a queen bed plus one set of bunk beds. There are two queen sofa sleepers located in the living room. Located on 100 feet of beachfront on Gulf Drive in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. Parking for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway.
