Great Location. 4th Floor overlooking the beach and gulf. You may want to bring your own beach chairs, as they charge $60/day for 2 chairs and an umbrella. AND they assign where you will be sitting. If you are staying for any length of time go to any one of the beach stores along the strip. You will save money and be able to sit where you want. The location is a 5 star rating. The unit is not. It may be a three at best. The water smells in the unit, both in the shower and the laundry. The unit is dated and could use a good make over. The bed is marginally comfortable. Linens are good. Kitchen has little space for storage and is lacking in cooking and eating utensils. Go for the view and location.

Quick birthday getaway

The property and unit were as marketed and we were impressed with the AC in elevators and the pedestrian tunnel. The walk to beach was shorter than expected which was excellent. The amenities and unit were clean and well maintained. Parking was simple. Had a great time celebrating my youngest son’s birthday and the 4th!

Wonderful stay!

I loved this condo, the only downside was that the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable, but that seems to be common anywhere you stay. Other than that, very clean and nice place to stay with all the listed amenities

Condo needs updating

The location and property was good. The condo smelled like mold every time we walked in. Kitchen needs updating or a very good cleaning, Drawers had crumbs, no can opener, toaster didn't work. Floors dirty when we came in. Condo overall needs a good cleaning with bleach. Pots and pans not good. We went out and bought a can opener, bought paper plates and utensils, because everything just seems dirty.

We love this unit ! Fourth floor gives you a perfect view of the gulf beach where you can hear the ocean breeze from the balcony…give us an idea if we want a condo for next rental it should be the 4th floor..my wife is contented and suggested we should book this unit for our next planned vacation.. Thanks for the management for being accommmodating!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was beautiful, a lot to do in the area, and the property had everything we wanted and needed. I would recommend it to anybody that wants to enjoy a vacation on the beach.

Great Beach Getaway

The whole process was great. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Place looks just like advertised. Beach was great and views from balcony were excellent. Every afternoon when the sun descends it was great to sit on the balcony and enjoy the beach. Patty was great to deal with when we had a question. We have no complaints at all and hope to be able to come back. Would definitely recommend renting this place.

January 2021 Panama City Beach Vacation

The condo was exactly like the pictures on the VRBO website. Location was great, condo was clean, and the building was well maintained. 4th floor location was great and the balcony seating was excellent for viewing the ocean, dolphins, and birds. We would highly recommend this Condo for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Panama City Beach. The only negative was that there were several days where only 1 elevator was in service for a 23 floor condo.

Great location for quiet getaway between holidays

This was a last-minute trip for us, but we couldn't have been more pleased with the condo and lack of crowds at PCB in late Nov/early Dec. The view was awesome, and we enjoyed watching rays cruise by each morning (usually east to west). We'd eat lunch on the patio and I liked the tall chairs, which made it easier to see over the railing. With good binoculars, we could see dolphins in the distance. The condo is perfect for a couple or a family of 4. The kitchen had the basic utensils, but we had to buy all the food items we needed (Winn Dixie is a 5 minute drive). The very large Roku TV was perfect for watching movies at night. We didn't use the TV in the bedroom. Internet worked great. The parking in a garage across the street was easy and convenient because of the walkway bridge. One pool and hot tub is across the street and one is downstairs. We finally found the grills, on the west side of the building. But we decided to eat dinners out instead of buying charcoal to grill. With so few people in town, we never had to wait for tables/food. We didn't experience long waits for the elevators, as others mentioned; but that is probably because of the light crowds. The location is great, as there's no tall buildings to the west, but we did drive almost everywhere we went to eat and walked up and down the beach for fun. It would have been nice to have beach chairs in the condo that we could use. But this place is more basic and doesn't load up with items like that. It's fine, just know you need to bring everything you might want for outside activities. We would definitely recommend this place.
