Este condominio frente a la playa, en el condominio Ocean Reef preferido, se ha actualizado recientemente con nuevos muebles de sala de estar, cómodos sofás cama, muebles de balcón y decoración. Disfrute del SERVICIO GRATUITO DE PLAYA que se ofrece a los huéspedes de este propietario, brindado del 15 de marzo al 31 de octubre.

Este condominio tiene baldosas de piedra de 18 pulgadas desde la puerta de entrada al balcón, excepto las habitaciones que tienen alfombra. Cuenta con hermosas encimeras de granito. Cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y azulejos decorativos debajo de las encimeras y como protector contra salpicaduras en la cocina. Tiene una moldura de corona ancha alrededor de la mayor parte del techo y el piso.

Ambas habitaciones están decoradas como habitaciones principales. Ambos tienen camas king. La ropa de cama es la parte superior de la línea de almohadas con sábanas de primera calidad. Ambas habitaciones tienen sus propios baños. Ambos tienen un televisor de 32 pulgadas. La única diferencia es que uno se abre al balcón de gran tamaño con vista al Golfo de México. En realidad puedes ver las olas desde tu cama.

El balcón es uno de los más grandes de la playa. Incluso con todos los muebles en el balcón, no está abarrotado y tiene un amplio espacio para disfrutar de la impresionante vista del golfo de México.

Para su disfrute, se ha provisto un HDTV inteligente de 55 pulgadas con DVD en la sala de estar.

NO fumar, no mascotas, mayores de 25 años para reservar, el límite de ocupación es de 6.

The condo was great no complaints at all. The elevators while we there out of 3 of them only one worked one day the wait time to get on elevators was at least 25 minutes or more the other days only 2 worked and the wait time was very long. The parking deck is very tight also. But the condo again no complaints at all very beautiful huge balcony. Loved it

Disappointed with Greta Rentals Mamagement

I read the documents from Greta Rentals indicating that you will be charged a deposit, if you do not elect to get damage insurance. I prepaid for damage insurance and was still charged a deposit I received a receipt directly from Greta Beach Rentals that showed that I prepaid for damage insurance. When I called them I was told I had ro get a receipt from VRBO indicating that I had prepaid for damage insurance. I tried calling VRBO and was kept waiting for.30mins. I had spoken with VRBO earlier about my card being charged more than I expected. I was told to contact Grets Beach Rentals. Not happy! Upon arrival to the facility I could not access the facility. My husband who is disabled had to stand up outside the facility, until we can gain access. It turns out we were given a code that did not work. We called Greta Beach Rentals, but none of the codes worked. We called Security from thew front gate and they tried entering the original code emailed to us and a new code, but could not get in. The security personnel was asked to enter a master code that opens all.doors, it worked. We were tired and frustrated.

Wonderful Condo!

Beautiful condo that we could tell owners take pride in, even down to good quality pillows. Plenty of kitchen items including a regular AND keurig coffee machines. Rooms were large and nicely decorated. Patio is HUGE with full size table, loveseat and 2 oversized loungers. Location for us was great as it was walking distance to multiple shops, activities and restaurants. Only downsides that are out of their control was that the indoor pool was closed on rainy day, and hot tub was only hot one day we were there. There is an office on 6th floor and did not seem super convenient to get in touch with. Overall a great experience and would definitely book this condo again in the future!

Beautiful view

This unit was spotless upon arrival. The TV in living room was massive with surround sound. Laundry room had an awesome, full size washer and dryer. Beds were very comfortable. The decor was lovely. Our favorite spot was the large balcony overlooking the beach and the gorgeous Gulf. It was the most beautiful color and the sunsets were spectacular. We had a slight problem getting the TV to work but Adam was there within the hour to fix it. Turns out the power strip was off. There are tile floors through out which made it very clean and neat looking. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The only reason I gave it a 4 in description was because the one master bedroom had a king and twin bunk beds, moving the TV to the side. Otherwise, everything was as described or better! We would definitely recommend this place and dealing with Gretas again. They were very friendly and helpful. Adam was there if we needed anything! Awesome customer service.

Wonderful!

The place was very clean and checking was somewhat easy. We had an initial elevator wait, due to everyone checking in at the same time (about 40 minutes) . But after that everything went smoothly. Will definitely come back. I loved this condo😀

Best Balcony Ever!!!

We picked this property due to the size and appearance of the balcony. We were NOT disappointed. We enjoyed coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner at the table. We also took naps on the lunge chairs. The location of the property was perfect and easily accessible!!! I also appreciated having a parking spot designated to the unit. This was our first spring break in Panama City and we enjoyed every second of it. Thank you for a lovely property and easy booking. We will be keeping this property on a saved list to revisit in the future.

Would definitely stay here again Loved the unit. Kevin the security guard was great. Riley assisted with our check in. He was wonderful. He made it possible for us to check in early...saving me and my family from having to stay a second longer at a bad location. Truly a wonderful vacation at a awesome location.

We had 4 adults. The location was great! The beach wasn’t crowded. The beach chairs that came with the unit were great. The condo was extremely clean and the balcony was amazing. The check in process was the easiest I’ve ever done! I will be back.

Beautiful Condo, Crowded Elevators

Overall, we had a wonderful time and everything was great. The condo was beautiful, the balcony had tons of space, and we loved that we found a place with two king size beds! There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but nothing major and the property manager addressed any concerns immediately. The only major complaint we have is about the elevators. There are only 3 for the entire property, and we waiting no less than 20 minutes each time we needed to use it. Traveling with an 8 month old and waiting that long to get to/from the beach or car does not end well. Checkout was a bit of a disaster with so many people trying to leave at the same time. We were crammed in the elevator and as we stopped in each floor on our way down, there was a collective sigh of frustration from other guests who were trying to depart as well. Other than that, only two other things stand out: 1. When we made the reservation, we were told we had one reserved parking space in the main deck. Upon arrival, there was a sign that said all parking was first-come first-served. Not a huge deal, and had nothing to do with the rental company - it was Ocean Reef as a whole (they were painting the parking deck). They didn’t even tell their full time tenants this was happening, and many had to park across or down the street in overflow. We did get a nasty note placed on our car from another guest for parking in “their” spot (even though the signs indicated it was a free for all). 2. As we were getting ready for bed on our first night, we turned back the sheets and found several hairs in the bed. I understand it happens occasionally, and had it been one hair, I would have let it go. But there were several and it was too late to strip the bed, wash, and dry everything. I contacted the property manager and they drove new sheets to the condo for us and apologized for the inconvenience. I was really impressed with how they handled that situation. We didn’t arrive until after 9pm and they hand delivered fresh sheets to us at 10pm. They also knew we had our 8 month old with us and texted instead of knocking to ensure they didn’t wake him up.
