Amazing!! The rooms were so nice and spacious. The view was beautiful. It had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Easy check in/out. Staff was very friendly. This is place you want to go back to every year.

Clean with plenty amenities. Very lage unit and comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. We would have enjoyed it better if AC was working. All 4 days the temp was 77 to 78 in the rooms. One of the elevators was down, so it caused a lot of wait time to go up to the rooms and beach.

The stay was great had a issue with the air not cooling contacted them and they had it fixed after a few hours would highly recommend staying in this unit. This unit had lots of room. I will stay here again in the future. Elevators was crazy like any other time in summer.

Beautiful condo

I gave a 3 star for the check in process ONLY because of the elevator/ luggage cart situation! Other than that, we loved it here. The condo was as described and pictured. Very beautiful and clean. No issues with that. But the elevator situation was terrible especially during check in/check out times. I don't know if it was because they had a couple that they were working on or if its just the normal. We finally figured out to try and avoid elevator use during certain times but the day we arrived was about an hour wait on an elevator. Other than that no complaints!!

Beautiful Condo

It was a great condo it had everything you need. We were there for 2 months micro and fridge stopped working micro was replaced right away and they brought us another small fridge until they could replace it.One thing we didn’t like was repair men would let themselves in without contacting us we were at the beach and returned to find a man was fixing something I contacted 4 star twice about contacting us first so we would be there

Wonderful Stay. Highly recommend. Beautiful Beach views. Very Clean ...was as advertised. Loved the Primary bedroom slider access to the balcony and falling asleep to the ocean waves.

Beach Days

The condo was beautiful and very spacious. I loved the set up of all the rooms with their own bathrooms and the large kitchen and living room area. Lots of room to relax. The condo looked just like it did in the VRBO app. I would rate this condo a top 10 for families. Lots of fun for the whole family. I would love to come back and stay again. Just please fix the SLOW elevators.

Our stay was very nice and relaxing! Condo very clean and ready for our early check in time. Everyone on property very friendly, welcoming and helpful! Highly recommend paying the extra money to check in by 1:00 and beat the rush of the overloaded luggage rentals and elevators! Will definitely use this property again! ☀️

Great Vacation Rental for Families

This was a great place for our family to stay. It had 3 bedrooms and 3 separate bathrooms. Was very spacious and clean. Very comfortable and well stocked with basic supplies. Great location.

Great Family Vacation

Upon arrival, our key code did not work. I was given another code and it did not work either. My adult 43 year old daughter and son-in-law were the ones checking in while I got groceries for our stay. I was told upon my calling to get the codes that if i didn't get to the condo so the manager, Whitney, could "walk me through" putting in a code, I'd be out of luck because they closed at 5:00. On a Friday afternoon in record-breaking heat...that did not play well. I had to call a different number and a very polite gentleman told us the "new" code that I was give as the replacement code was the actual code. It had always been the code. The one on my printed material was never the code. So to have a salty girl basically tell me i'd be looking for another place because I kept putting the code in wrong was not good for my blood pressure. I did receive a call later in my stay asking if the AC was working properly because there had been an issue with the previous guests. My response "dude, you could hang meat in here" tickled him and he said, good. Told me what to do and who to call if there DID become a problem. Couldn't have been more helpful or thoughtful. BEAUTIFUL condo. Stunning views. Many amenities. Some lengthy wait lines for elevators. But I think that was due to tons of folks checking in and out But for Skylar and Whitney upon checkin INSISTING that I could not competently input a 6-digit code, this place gets 5 stars from me.

Poor communications

The condo was very nice and very clean. The code for the front door entrance was incorrect, The WIFI password was incorrect, The Air Conditioner did not work for half the stay. (3) days. Everyone we met were complaining about the elevator problems. We will never use 4star or Tidewater again.

Loved it!

This was probably the cleanest and most beautiful property we’ve stayed at on the beach! We didn’t get to stay but one night due to a blown pipe that flooded the entire room (ps that’s all fixed now). I reached out to the property manager around midnight and he immediately moved us to another property that was bigger, and had a much bigger balcony and we had a great time! Will 100% be back as soon as we can!

BEST PLACE EVER

I was a little worried because the room had no reviews.. BUT THIS PLACE AND ROOM WAS AMAZING. New and up to date furniture. Only bad thing was I could never speak to the host. My door code didn’t work when we 1st got there took them less than a minute to get us in and they fixed it IMMEDIATELY. Wifi password DIDNT work FIXED IMMEDIATELY. Those was the only problems we had and they work hard and fast to fix whatever so 5 stars. My kids and I LOVED LOVED LOVED THE BEDS AND PILLOWS. BOOK BOOK BOOK
