Whether you’re a couple looking for a quiet weekend or a singleton wanting to get away from it all, this is the place. Firstly, it is located deep inside a Rosemary Beach neighborhood at the back of what amounts to a cul-de-sac. The area is ultra quiet (unlike much of 30A) with lots of quiet streets for walking. Parking is excellent with plenty of space available. The house is a traditional beach house with living space located above the garage. But the big win is the foliage surrounding it gives a very “tree house” vibe. The house itself is absolutely spotless and tidy and, in a new twist on most 30A properties, very tastefully decorated with minimalist restraint. You’ll find no gaudy plastic crab knickknacks and “Life’s a Beach” signs hanging on the walls. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. I’ve stayed in a number of 30A and Emerald Coast area properties and this takes top honors. Highly recommended.
