Great Family Beach Condo

The condo was very clean and well stocked for our stay. The location is perfect. The accessibility to groceries, restaurants and shopping were excellent. Being so close to the pool was great. Watching the fireworks from the Pier Park area on July 4th was amazing. We have stayed in this complex twice and have loved it. The beach is very quiet and beautiful.

Perfect location, love the layout of condo

Loved almost everything about this condo except the carpet in the bedrooms was sticky and extremely dirty. Would recommend replacing with tile or some other easy to clean surface. Or have the carpet cleaned after every few stays. We had a few creepy crawly visitors during our stay as well, only in the bedrooms with the carpet. We loved the location. Our kids loved the easy access to the pool and beach. We could see our spot on the beach from the dining table. Loved the layout, had a great stay!

The condo was amazing with amazing views. If I had to pick something about the condo it would be all the stuff in the closets, not leaving much room for guests stuff. The property manager had an attitude when I called asking about different things.

Overall, we were pleased! The floors were not cleaned well. Our grandkids feet were black within 30 minutes of being inside! Beds were not comfortable and furnishings could be updated! Location. Is perfect for our needs.

The condo was decorated tastefully! The bedrooms were nice and mattresses were comfortable . It was on the same level as the pool, which was good for when we wanted to use it but bad when the guests were very loud. The condo had a portable dehumidifier running constantly and beeped when it was full. It was only one floor up from garage which was nice to go down steps to garage .

Nice Condo

This condo was nice for our family to get away for a couple of days. The location was great, on the beach and direct access to the pool. We were able to be in the condo and have direct view and access to our kids in the pool. It's a short walk down the stairs to the beach - just make sure you know the gate code! The condo itself needs some improvements. The carpet is stained and very dirty. It was not vacuumed fully and there was dirt and items scattered all over on the carpet. The bar for the toilet paper holder was missing in the master bedroom. We called maintenance and they came, but brought one that was too small. They said they would be back, but never were. The beds are very uncomfortable and made it for three nights of no sleep. The tiles in the kitchen are cracked and loose. Electrical outlet covers are falling off. The location and proximity to the pool and gulf were great, but the condo itself needs some care.

I would have given 5 stars but there were a few things that needed attention. The dishwasher did not work. Light in living room and TV in back bedroom did not work. We loved the condo, the location was great. We will go back.

Everything was great, the only issue was one day the fire alarms were being tested and they kept going off , the one in our condo was jarred out of the ceiling from the vibration, so loud , that was really annoying and ear piercing, too ! Other than that it was awesome !! Had a good time !!

Family Getaway

Loved EVERYTHING about this property. From room placement to pool and beach access. We were family of seven the kids all stayed in the front two bedrooms, which was perfect so my husband and I did not feel like we had to tiptoe when we woke up in the morning pool access was right off the balcony three year old granddaughter loved this. Private beach access was a wonderful did not have to fight to fight crowds for a spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. Beach is private and kept clean. Grocery literally across the street. Would definitely recommend!

This property was a great location and easy access to the beach. Due to the smaller complex, there was not a huge crowd at the beach to fight for chair space. It was nice and relaxing.

Great stay

Our room was very clean and in pretty good condition. There was a lot of construction on the property, which was loud at times and created a parking shortage, but construction is sometimes necessary so not a big deal. I attempted several times to contact management for help with our parking permit but could never find anyone. I ended up making a permit by hand and placing it on the dashboard and didn't have any issues. All in all, a good stay. Our unit was showing its age (old carpet, worn out furniture, etc.) but we had everything we needed and we were comfortable. We'll definitely be back.

Nice condo. Well kept. Property under renovation and street construction undrway in the area.

Condo Pros: Well maintained condo. Clean and well stocked. Nice and cool all the time. Owner has a dehumidifier running all the time. Kitchen is stocked with everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay. Even though there are a few cons/suggestions, I would still rate this a 4/5 stars. It was a good stay. Suggestions: Dryer door handle needs a permanent fix. It kept falling off, even after being glued. You need a few mirrors around the condo. We had mostly women and trying to share the bathroom vanities was inconvenient. Bed mattresses need to be upgraded. Good mattresses would make a huge difference. The glass top table needs suction cup holders to keep it in place. It shifted a lot and I was worried it would fall off the stand every time we ate. Property Cons: Refrigerator was undergoing a defrosting mode when we got in after the cleaning. Didn't really cool down till morning. Don't grocery shop till next day. Property is being renovated. Lots of construction workers. Main street is also under construction, so it kinda looks like a war zone right now. The property's only beach access is a set of really steep steps. We had a really hard time with our beach wagon. Not good for elderly knees. A ramp would be nice. Jacuzzi didn't work. Just a tub of hot water. *Attn Property manager; please get the cabana people under control. They were rude and took up most of the beach front. With a tent, it was hard to find any space because they don't "allow" tents in front of their umbrellas.

Great Spot for Family

The location was great — near pier park, not a huge condo so not a lot of people on the beach. The room itself was literally by the pool. The condo was spacious with great view of the pool and beach. Overall a great stay!

Family Vacation

The location to the beach and pool was great. The only bad thing I would have to say is being on the bottom and your patio is bigger than the people above you they forget that. I hope that’s why but we had water poured on us and a few drinks dropped on us. When we would say something the people would just run back in there condo. With that being said everything else was great. Thanks for a great vacation

Not happy but made the best of it!

First we didn't get to check-in on time. They said room wasn't ready and got a call an hour and half later saying it was. We get there and the spate room looked like someone had peed on the bed and found a cape in the bed. There were huge spider webs on the windows when you open the curtains in the main area. 3rd bedroom looked like it wasn't vacuumed and tissue was on the floor by the bed. There was major dust on the door were the ac unit was and we had to close the curtains some during the day bc ac won't keep it cool enough. We were right next to the pool which was great but at night when it was suppose to be closed ppl were still there and I had to go out there to ask them to be quite this was at midnight. Pool was suppose to close at 10 or 11. The commute to the beach was good not far at all. If the room would have been cleaned and we could have check-in on time it would have been ok.

Great experience and awesome location!

This is the BEST condo of the entire complex! Balcony gate opens straight out to pool and walkway to the beach, beautiful and spacious, well-stocked kitchen and plenty of room on the large, well-furnished balcony for our whole family to visit, eat and enjoy the sunsets. Had such a memorable time with our children and grandchildren. We had a small issue at check-in, but Celeste was very attentive and took fantastic care of us. We highly recommend this condo.
