Excellent stay

We wanted a 5 bedroom and bath house and thus was perfect. Lots of community space. Found out grill wasn't working a couple of days in but we were not cooking anywsy. Location was perfect. 2 short blocks from the beach with very little traffic. Near everything. Had some minor repairs nut were addressed immediately on our time frame. Nothing negative to say about this place.

Nice property and location to accommodate large group.

Elevator worked about 3 hrs of four days. Had trouble with washer, dryer and dishwasher. Absolutely no items for seasoning. Not even salt/pepper. Staple items would have been appreciated. Close to beach to easily walk was nice.

Great place

Beautiful home, well appointed, great floor plan, location was great for us but if you want the hub of Rosemary Beach it’s not that. Quiet neighborhood about a 10 minute walk to Rosemary. Beautiful beach with easy access, just bring a wagon for your stuff. Would def return

Perfect home for our family trip!

A stunning home, clean, well-stocked, impeccably decorated. Location can't be beat. A very short walk to the beach, close to shopping/restaurants. The little ones loved the pool which is just steps away. Plan to return next year!

Love Inlet Beach location!!!

Process was easy, communication was great, and house was beautiful, and clean! Only couple of issues— the shared pool is very small for the amount people staying in these large homes. Washer & Dryer are extremely loud (didn’t need to use it till the day before we left) but the noise is so loud that our son couldn’t sleep in that bedroom or watch TV downstairs.

Vaca getaway (Great once, but not again)

Pros: Our family gathered from across the US to meet up here for the 4th. We were very excited and the house & beach were beautiful. The best part was everyone had their own king bed and attached full bathroom. The house itself was quiet between the floors and the outdoor balcony was nice with a view. There was an outdoor shower to rinse off the beach and the beach access to S Wall Street was a short walk. It was great to use VacayZen as referenced by the listing. We were able to get a check in 2 hours early as requested at booking (but notified only same day). Check out we were able to check out 2 hours late Cons: Vacayzen for set up it’s not automatic every day by 9 am -5 pm you must get there and stay there for set up (other beaches have set areas with names marked - that’s not the case here) Bikes we not secured at our check in ( check in had 5/6 bikes) and by morning following check in 2 more were missing. I had time to check the listing and said it was to come with 6 and locked the remaining. I reached out a day later after holiday about them missing thinking the rental company maybe picked them up by mistake and they needed to be brought back. I ended up getting charged over $1,000 for 2 bikes, locks & baskets!Be aware! At check in floors would turn your feet black and one bathroom still had bodily fluid/residue drops on & around the floor (even though it was signaled to be clean) The elevator would stop working occasionally and it had to be reset.

Best Friend Family 30-A Beach Vacay☀️

We come down Memorial Day week with our dtr/son in law, granddaughters and our best friends and their daughters and granddaughters!! We had a wonderful week, and this house was fabulous!! It is gorgeous, very clean, and well very accommodating for all of our family!! Perfect in every way for our group! Can’t wait to come back!!

Great house

We are an annual visitor to the area and this house was really really nice! I loved the decor and the many en suites. It was spacious and comfortable beds and the bikes provided was a great bonus! Quick walk or ride to beach or restaurants and shopping, it was wonderful! The sunset from the top floor was amazing! Great house.

Beautiful home and wonderful location

We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Home was clean and well appointed. I loved the location close to Rosemary beach and only a couple block walk to the beach. I would recommend the home highly.

Perfect beach house

We enjoyed everything about our stay! So spacious with a bathroom for everyone, made getting ready easy! Everything was just as described and we appreciate the great communication from our host! The beach is an easy walk and it’s a great location! Pool was fun and very safe to access for young children (gated, which is what we wanted) and everyone really enjoyed our time here!

Excellent family group stay location

We stayed during the week of the 4th of July and had an amazing time. The home was very nicely decorated and plenty of room for our party of 10. We grilled out upstairs where there was a very nice breeze - but be careful not to lock yourself out! We didn't see it until our last day - but there's was a storage room with beach equipment (that may or may not have been allowed to be used so we didn't). The bikes were GREAT to go down to the beach - we used them everyday but did rent a golf cart to help with our items/little kids. You can't park the golf cart by the beach access so we would run a load down and then one person biked back - which was totally fine/very easy because of how close the house was. We could see fireworks from the 4th floor the day before the 4th, which was neat and our family with littles watched from the roof while we all went to the beach to watch them. There is an ice maker in the kitchen which was VERY helpful for filling up small coolers for the beach. We were able to walk to Shades (restaurant) - which was literally one block - for dinner one night, Publix is less than 5 min away, Shaka sushi is super close - so overall a GREAT location! Downtown Rosemary was very close as well! LOVED our stay!

Great for multiple families

This house has a great set up for multiple families. We had two families plus grandparents, 10 people total. It was great that everyone had their own room and bathroom. We never felt cramped. The elevator was helpful for the grandparents and moving luggage and groceries between floors. We really enjoyed hanging out on the top deck/balcony area. The kitchen was well equipped for meals at home. Short walk to the beach. The house has every beach accessory imaginable: beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas and boogie boards. You really don't need to bring anything. The beach chairs are really nice and in great shape. They have back pack straps for carrying to the beach. The house is very bright when the sun comes up. I wish I had packed my eye mask so I could sleep in a bit more. This is a great house for multiple families or a group needing individual rooms.

Large family trip

We choose the house for the location and size. We had large family gathering with everyone coming from different places. House was a perfect fit for us and we enjoyed our stay. Beach was a short walk and restaurants and shops were a short drive, walk or bike ride.
