The dock has enough room to moor a 28' foot boat. The home has direct access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The home has a large yard with 600 square feet of lanai/patio space tiled with luxurious paver. The master suite has its own 65" flatscreen TV with sonos soundbar.
