My experience with the rooftop wait staff and front desk was less than great. The management team were thoughtful but they do not offer express checkout which made the end of the trip unnecessarily difficult.

Amazing staff that go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Beautifully designed hotel and rooms are comfortable and clean. Great pool area and really great breakfast options each morning. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Everywhere I went in the hotel from the front desk, excursion planning, dining, rooftop I was met with such a welcoming courteous staff. I had great conversations about many topics and would love to return again soon. A great group of people to meet here. The rooms were clean and the ocean view was a great choice

We had to move rooms 2x in the Aubamar bali, hard beds, no blackout curtains, changed rooms, it was musty, mouldy smell. Moved back to original room. They moved us to Aubamar suites and spa, noisy, we had to change rooms the next night since water dripping from above into my bed. Got into parking, garage door was closing on our hood of our car, my husband backed up quickly, my body arm hit the dash and had a cut. We really disliked our stay at the Aubamar hotels.

Nice hotel but awful area

Nice enough hotel for the price. Not bad tbh. Some of the staff were a bit rude but most of them were pleasant. The area is horrific though…gangs of drunk Germans falling out of the nearby beer Kellers. Loads of police too. Really really not good! Very expensive for such an awful area!

The resort was amazing in almost all aspects, and the staff (including the chefs) were all super friendly and welcoming. The pool wasn’t loaded to the brim with chlorine, and the atmosphere was really nice. However, there should be a lifeguard on the pool to minimise injury (it was really strange there wasn’t one on deck.) Overall, it was a 9.4/10. Will go again.

Aubamar Bali Hotel is a wonderful place designed for relax and peaceful holiday. The room is clean and comfortable with new furniture and all needed facilities. The hotel is located very close to the sea side.
