Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. ** New Alcohol Policy - Small, personal coolers (30-quart maximum) may be brought into the swimming pool areas, but personal alcohol (including beer, wine and liquor of any sort) is prohibited. As a reminder, personal sound systems are also not permitted in the pool areas. There is no cash available at this resort and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

** The adjacent lot near the Desert Willow Golf Resort is undergoing construction. Please anticipate construction noise during normal business hours. Work is expected to continue through Dec. 31, 2026.

** The tennis courts will be closed for refurbishment from Sept. 15, 2025, to Sept. 27, 2025. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open during this time. Thank you for your understanding as we make this important update.
