Each room is individually decorated. Not all rooms are clean . I’m filing for a refund . My room has disgusting grout that looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The ceiling above the microwave had yellow peeling mold looking stains on it.

Nice place for the price, easy check in process and great communication with host if we needed anything. Building is a little outdated but is charming, and overall enjoyed our stay. Pool area is nice and some of the staff are friendly.

We booked this condo last minute for a long weekend getaway, and overall it was a nice stay! The price was very affordable, especially for such a wealthy and upscale area — but honestly, if you need the low price like we did, you should know that the area itself might not feel like a great fit. The outside of the building was historic and gorgeous, but the inside felt a bit run-down. Showing up in the middle night definitely felt like we were in the Twilight Zone. The condo was close to the beach (just a short walk) and also near a Publix, which was super convenient for groceries and snacks. However, there were no little beach shops or casual spots nearby — everything walkable was on the $$$$ end, so eating out felt pretty fancy and pricey. Everyone warns against bringing a car because parking is a nightmare, but that also means you’re pretty limited if you’re on foot. When we visited (off-season, summer), the beach had a lot of seaweed, and the weather was very hot and humid — locals say the best time to visit is October to April. Still, the area was beautiful, peaceful, and serene. Overall, I’d recommend this condo if you’re looking for a budget stay in a fancy area and you’re okay with the trade-offs: gorgeous scenery, but limited budget-friendly activities and dining.

The building smelled like a mixture of mildew and Febreeze. The front desk attendant was rude and not very helpful. The parking situation was horrible. The property is very deceptive when advertising valet parking available. We stayed 18 hours of a 7 day vacation then left for a real nice hotel. Save your money - this place is horrible and not worth the hassle or the cost. Worst 18 hours on vacation ever.

The property looks a bit outdated even within the style. Waterfilter on each floor instead of the first floor. I was a little shock to get an email asking me to take the trash out, which I did. Considering this is all self-service (make your own bed, take care of your towels, etc.), I would think that taking out the trash would be something that you would do in between stays (new clean towls, sheets, etc.). I appreciate the beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels that you provided. Also, the location is very close to the beach.

The hotel is conviniently located with great restaurants and museums nearby. It is a very old property, part condo and part hotel . The bathrooms could use a remodeling , the floors and lobby . The pool is small .

Place was great! Modern kitchenette, large studio. Only gripes I had was an older building but very cool historically and no parking garage. The valet parked your car a few blocks away on the street. Also street front parking and during the day you would have to move your car (hourly parking). I pushed the limits and moved it every couple of house if we were in but still a bit of a hassle otherwise had a great time

Pro- Retro palm beach vibe, free valet, great location to beach, publix, quaint shops, and dining . Appreciated that early check in granted!! Negative- musty smell, bed uncomfortable, pillows terrible, very minimal drawers for clothing storage cheap decor touches, stained carpet and drapes , (researched other units in building and they had nicer decor , may have just been this unit as they are individually owned)
