This property is huge, beautiful, and centrally located. However, there are a few issues that bring it down:
1. It’s incredibly noisy at night with all the outdoor bars on the street below. They actually provided ear plugs and the double paned windows hardly make a dent in the noise. I wish this has been disclosed prior to booking because it doesn’t quite down until after 2:30. Thankfully, I travel with a mini sound machine which helped a little. The property would be wise to have one in each bedroom.
2. Only two towels were provided for 5 nights for two people. While there is laundry in the unit, there is no dryer, so if you washed the towels, they wouldn’t be dry for a day. An extra set of towels would have made a huge difference.
3. Some of the bathroom features were broken or didn’t work like the towel holder and warmer.
4. While not at this property or with this local team, Wonderful Italy isn’t very wonderful at communication or customer service. Don’t expect them to make accommodations.
