Very close to the central rail station. Bed linens were not the cleanest. We didn’t use the oven, but it contained lots of crumbs. Door locks seemed very secure. Too bad we had damp weather because our patio on the eighth floor was great.

Very comfortable bed. Location is great. There were not any hot pads or dish towels dish towels. I didn’t get an answer about drinking water until day 3 of our visit. There was one wine glass and the oven was dirty

The property was fine, clean and felt safe. The staff was friendly. The city and neighborhoods were run down, we would never go back to Palermo. We would fly into and stay in northern Sicily. We drove there and it was very nice up there.

Comfortable and well equipped apartment. Terrace and solarium was a bonus but unfortunately closed after 7pm because of some prior issues which meant we only had one brief visit before we left.

Great place and location

This place is well located, has indoor parking but you need to let them know. It is walking diatance to most sites. It ia clean, and easy access. And foe thos who need, has great AC :)

Nice but noisy

The apartment was ideal for us. There was a couple of plug sockets hanging off the wall or not working. Overall it was a comfortable apartment. However, on the 2nd night there was excessive noise coming from the adjacent apartment late at night. I knocked their door and asked them to keep the noise down given it was approaching midnight. There were a number of young boys in the apartment which looked like a "gaming party". I complained to reception and they confirmed that the guests next door had been spoken to. The next night, the same noise level reoccurred after 11pm, so not happy at sleep being disturbed on two of our three night stay.

Overall a decent place to stay

Overall a good stay for an affordable price point. Centrally located, although perhaps in a sketchier part of the town centre. Apartment was clean and spacious. Only downside was the very, very, very uncomfortable sofa bed.

Great location

Great location by the train and tram station. The apartment looks like new and is well decorated. It is in a heavy traffic area therefore noisy at all time of day or night. Not much can be done about this. I guess this is the price to pay to be at such a convenient location! The rooftop patio is amazing and provides great views to the city.

We stayed in two different places managed by Solemar Sicilia. Both not very clean and smelly. Limited communication with the host.Not providing basic things. In that place we had ripped pillow. Would not let my dog sleep on that. No soap or toilet paper. We rented couple apartments in Sicily but never had that bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend anything managed by the company.
