Duplex of 110 m2 completely renovated on the seafront, with all the necessary equipment for a perfect stay. Very sunny, totally exterior, large windows that gives the feeling of being in the street. Located in the extension of Calle Mayor, next to the largest area of typical seafood restaurants in the town. We also find some shops, tapas taverns and shops and a few meters from the Port, the Llotja and the Gran Platja.
The apartment is fully equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer / dryer, sheets and towels, air conditioning, heat pump, double glazed double glazed windows, television, household items. Very spacious with large windows giving a feeling of being outdoors, it has 3 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, very spacious living room, the building has an elevator, on the seafront.
