It had a slider outside room it made it easy to unload car but slider was hard to open. The hotel needs updating the restaurant hours were late and there is no room service like on description. They use kiosk to check in there is no one at front desk.

This is an older hotel that has been renovated. Unfortunately, a lot of the changes are only skin deep. First, there is no elevator. Next, there is a gap around the AC that was taped with packing tape which was falling off. The maintenance guy went to get more tape, but never returned. The ceiling had dust bunnies, and the sink wouldn’t drain. It was mostly clean, but everything was dark and worn. The breakfast was good, but the floor was sticky. The best parts about this hotel are the views from the breakfast area and the reasonable price. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend until they do a more extensive remodel.

My expectations for hotels are generally low. My husband and I needed a place to stay for one night and booked this knowing it wouldn’t be a 5 star experience (or even close to it). We were so disgusted by this place. We don’t typically ask for a new room, but in this case, we checked in and received a ground level room right across from the cleaning area. Upon approaching our room we noticed our door was wide open. We went in and the door didn’t sit right and therefore wouldn’t shut properly. We went to use the bathroom and noticed a disgusting amount of black mold on the underside of the ledge in the tub, globs of black hair in the corner of the threshold, and the sink wouldn’t drain properly when we washed our hands. We both felt grossed out but were fine powering through. We were sitting at the table deciding where to eat when we noticed ants crawling on the table and then on us. There was a huge gap in the wall by the AC unit and seemed to be the entry point for the bugs. We then decided to check our mattress for bed bugs and while it was free of them, we noticed a creamy stain on the top of the comforter that clearly hadn’t been washed, and the sheets clearly hadn’t been washed by the amount of long black hair we found. We asked for a new room and while the 2nd was a tad better, the door to this room was so bad that light was streaming from the hall. Mold still in the bathroom & questionable bedding. Do not stay here. It was gross and clearly in need of updating.

Owners care more about saving and cost than customers. Cutting all corners including house cleaning. Owner is self defensive and verbally inept to discuss customer issues. Our room was not cleaned despite asking for it..

Worst Hotel Experience

The room was not clean; dirty towels, clogged sink, hair on the bathroom floor, hair and sludge in the tub drain. The shower curtain rod was broken and held up by a toilet paper holder. The fridge was broken, the phone in the room didn't work, and the tv remote was dead. There was no staff or management available at the property in the evening to address my issues. I was told, from the checkin Kiosk that a manager would be in before 8am the next morning. The next morning I asked for the manager, I was told I had to wait until after 2pm for the manager. The morning staff sent maintenance to fix the issues I informed them about and someone to clean the room. They fixed the shower rod, unclogged the sink drain, cleaned out the tub drain, and replaced towels but, they left the hair on the floor, the fridge and phone were still broke. The staff also left the door open to my room with all my personal items. Luckily, nothing was taken. The manager talked with me about the issues, apologized, and moved me to a new room that had no phone, no clock, wires sticking out of the wall, and torn curtains. I informed the manager of the issues right away with the new room. He said he would get the wires covered up and have a phone and clock brought to the room. The manager never did and left for the night with no staff at the property. My compensation for all the issues, besides getting moved into a new room, $30 back. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again. Especially the one in Page, AZ.

Drain clogged with hair and sludge. The faucet was leaking a lot in the tub and tightening the handles did not stop the water from leaking.

The first night we were placed in A room with a horrid stench, like death. Moved to a second room. That room had broken furniture , no towel bars and most of all NO HOT WATER! Was promised it would be fixed but wasn’t and staff was non existent to communicate with. Said they would later move us to a third room but never did, nor did they try to fix the problem. I was throughly disappointed with this stay and for Expedia for recommending it

We paid $220 for one night. Just wanted a good night’s sleep and a hot shower. The check in at the kiosk was the first very frustrating thing we experienced. While standing in front of the kiosk the automatic doors kept opening and closing, causing enough noise to make it very hard to hear and try to follow instructions to just get checked in. After a long drive and just wanting to get to our room, it was especially aggravating. The beds were comfortable, our air conditioning seemed ok and no problems with the tv. However, there was a lot of dirty corners in this room especially the bathroom was in bad shape. A lot of hard water build up on the faucet and absolutely no hot water, along with the fact the tub had no plug in it. When we did try to run the water in the shower, it never got hot and the water wouldn’t drain. Totally felt ripped off and too tired to go deal with complaining to a kiosk!!! Save your money and go somewhere else. We learned the hard way.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible experience. Flush wasn’t working. Both bathroom and washbasin drain stopper were missing. They don’t offer house cleaning. You can request one but they just give extra towels and remove trash. They didn’t even take away the used towels. Breakfast was free but horrible service. Food trays were always empty and nobody around to even ask for refill. I can go on and on…. Except for the location nothing positive to talk about.

Called prior to arrival via our confirmation through expedia. Was told directions couldn't be provided unless we had a reservation. Agent then said we did not and if I didn't rebook at that time I, it would be unlikely I'd get a room. So, given this information I rebooked. When we got to the hotel, the receptionist said we had two rooms booked, one made one plus month previously and one 10 minutes before our arrival. we were told that neither rooms could be cancelled so we paid twice for one room on the day of our arrival. Very bad service.

This hotel is in need of serious updates. Our tub was so dirty we did not shower in it. We reserved a room with a lake view and our view eas of the patking lot. They get you with no cancelations because once you get here and see the property the photos are om YEARS ago.
