The internet didn't work, the telephone didn't work, it took 10 minutes to get lukewarm water in the shower, and I could hear everything going on in my neighbor's room, including the TV at 2:45 in the morning and the alarm at 5:00.

It was fine.

The air freshener was very strong, almost overwhelming, just be aware of that if you are sensitive to smells. Also, the noise between rooms - both side by side and the floor above - was a lot. I assume we had children in the room above us, and they spent most of the evening running back and forth across their room. We were next to the elevator and it was quite loud, also. For one night, it was fine but I probably wouldn't stay longer.

The staff at the front desk was rude and not attentive. He was no where to be found when we walked in and then looked at us for a bit before asking if we needed help. When we told him that we wanted to check in he said oh I didn’t know if you wanted something of were just standing there. It was 12:30am… of course I wanted to check in! Otherwise the location, property and room were excellent! We would definitely stay here again!

It wasn’t bad, but…

The hotel room was extremely clean and comfortable in most ways. The beds were comfortable, but very high—as senior citizens about 5’3” we had to use a footstool to get in bed. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom (the room can sleep up to 5) but there was only one hook and no towel bars to hang them up after using. We went to breakfast in the 3rd hour of service both mornings. First day, they were out of coffee. Next morning they were out of milk. The breakfast area attendant said they had more people than expected. (?) The selection was sparse—waffles, a few bakery items, a few yogurts, two cold cereals, and one kind of oatmeal packets.

Everything you need and a decent rate

The bad reviews make no sense. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet at an affordable rate. What more are they looking for?? Breakfast was the typical fare of both hot and cold options. It is also pet friendly pretty much everything you need while travelling. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to others

At first look the property appears nice. There was never anyone at the front desk. The mattress had a dip into the middle. The coffee that is being served at breakfast is terrible. There were several half-filled cups of coffee sitting around the coffee area that apparently had been there for quite some time and there were little natty bugs flying around the coffee area. Fortunately, there were other places nearby to enjoy breakfast.

The room was nice but other areas of the facility needed attention to cleanliness. The restroom on the main floor was not cleaned or stocked overnight for the morning, the treadmills were dirty with piles of dirt at the backend, and mirrors needed attention. Floors in the dining area were not swept, the coffee area had spills and no cups until a patron asked an attendant for them. The place was decent and could be great with just a little attention to the details of cleaning

great place but needs more staff.

Was a good place and had lots of room. Enjoyed the size of the rooms and the comfort they provided. Everything was great for the most part. However, the staff took a long time to check us in because there was only one and they were working on other items for other customers. They, also, we understocked with items that were needed for the rooms like extra blankets and pillows. The breakfast leaves something to be desired but at least it was part of the stay. The place was very comfortable.
