New 84-square-meter, 3-bedroom apartment in a luxury residence located in the semi-pedestrian resort of Oz-en-Oisans, directly connected to the Alpe d'Huez ski area, notably the Pic Blanc at an altitude of 3,300 meters.
The residence is located in the heart of the resort, with a convenience store, bakeries, ski and mountain bike rentals, restaurants, and newsstands. The ESF, the Piou-Piou Club, the daycare center, and the Alpette, Poutran, and Eau d’Olle gondolas are all right nearby. Once you’ve parked your cars (2 spaces included, height limit 1.9m), all you have to do is put on your skis or hop on your mountain bikes, which are stored in the designated areas within the building (ski lockers with boot dryers, mountain bike storage).
A fitness center, a sauna, a relaxation room, and a luggage storage area round out the amenities of this new residence.
The apartment features a south-facing balcony with an unobstructed view of the mountains and the resort, a comfortable living area (TV, DVD player, 2 sofas, including a 2-seater sofa bed) that also houses a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette machine, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.)
The three cozy bedrooms are furnished as follows: one bedroom with a 160-size bed and a shower room, one bedroom that sleeps five (two bunk beds and a pull-out bed), and one bedroom with a 160-size bed. All bedrooms offer ample storage space. The large bathroom includes a washing machine, a dryer, and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet. Children are welcome; a travel crib and a high chair are available.
Sheets and towels are provided, and housekeeping is included in the service.
