We are a family of three adults, we had a great time in the Family Duplex. Everything is new, clean and nicely decorated. We love the terrace and outside seating. There is a swimming pool on this property. Area is quiet and safe. Delphine was a great host, always available to us, she gave us a lot of tips regarding shops, restaurants... We like Bread and Butter, a small store where we went every morning to buy french baguettes and croissants. Also restaurant Oasis was excellent. To explore the Island and go to the beach from this location the best way is to have a car. Highly recomend this accomodation and we would go back if we visit St Martin again.

The management at this hotel is exceptional. Delphine went above and beyond to ensure our stay was convenient and that every need was met. Traveling as a family of four, we found the apartment spacious and well-equipped, complete with thoughtful touches like welcome snacks basket . Although the hotel is smaller, we loved its peaceful atmosphere. We often had the pool entirely to ourselves, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There are three restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, and a larger resort with additional dining options just a 5-minute drive away. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing setting, I highly recommend this hotel. We felt welcomed, safe, and extremely comfortable throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be returning!

If you are looking for a quiet and safe place for a relaxing Holiday experience, this location is the right place! Delphine is the most friendly and kind host I‘ve ever met! There is access to a clean Pool. Bread n‘ Butter is around the corner for every day fresh bread and french deli food! The Oasis Restaurant in the Neighborhood is my recommendation for french cuisine in walking distance! 5 min. walk to the Hill, where the 3 donkies are home, you will have the chance to enjoy an unforgetable dawn!

This was our third trip to SXM and The Colombus Residence was the best hotel we’ve stayed at so far. The place is very well maintained and clean. We had the smallest unit by the pool but it was so spacious and bright. The kitchen had a functional stove, a microwave, a fridge, cookware etc. bathroom was brightly lit and kept very modern and clean. We loved having a breakfast in our patio and jumping into the pool when we decided to stay in and relax. Delphine the owner was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the island. Cecilia who works there as a staff was so kind, attentive, and fun to talk to. They both got in touch with us before, during, and after our visit to make sure we were enjoying our stay which was very sweet and made us feel like a family. I will definitely book this place next time we are going to SXM. What a great place to stay if you have the French-style, laid back vacation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The property is well maintained. Delphine is a phenomenal host , charismatic, and excited to show you around . Quick response when you have a question to anything . We had an issue with our place it was rainning hard that day , the place was flooded she upgraded us to a suite ,call plumbers quick , fix the issue and the bext day our room was ready . Great place in st Martin (french side) quite neighborhood. I will certainly go back

STAY HERE - This place is great.

This is a great place to stay. I wish I could give more stars. The room was clean and large. The pool is beautiful. It’s a quiet hotel. There are a handful of really great restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Parking is easy. And the owner is incredible - upbeat, gracious, kind, helpful.... We had to postpone our trip 2 days (due to flight problems) and she honored our reservation and didn’t charge us even though we had non-refundable rooms. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here. It was a wonderful hotel and a beautiful island.

Highly recommended St Martin hotel

Came for a one week break from winter. Hotel arranged ride from and to airport. Excellent facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for walks and tasty dining.
