Magnífica finca victoriana frente al mar en la playa de Mandalay

Esta casa de estilo victoriano de 4000 pies cuadrados tiene 100 pies de frente de playa con vistas panorámicas del océano desde las tres unidades. Hay una cubierta envolvente frente a la playa con un patio que cuenta con una barbacoa de gas natural y fogata.

La casa está dividida en tres unidades que solo se pueden alquilar juntas. Tenemos 6 habitaciones con 9 áreas privadas para dormir que pueden acomodar hasta 22 personas. Hay una cocina completa con encimeras de granito arriba, pero cada unidad tiene acceso a un refrigerador, microondas, cafetera, tostadora y licuadora.
La casa cuenta con siete televisores de pantalla plana con reproductores de DVD y Netflix en cada unidad, cinco baños (tres con bañeras de hidromasaje), dos chimeneas de gas y dos chimeneas eléctricas.

La unidad A es un 1 dormitorio con capacidad para 4; la unidad B es de 2 dormitorios con capacidad para 10; y la unidad Penthouse (PH) es un 3 dormitorios con capacidad para 8.

La unidad de un dormitorio está en el primer piso y tiene una magnífica vista de la playa y el océano desde el dormitorio, la cocina y el comedor. Un sofá cama Queen de rap rodea la chimenea y la televisión de pantalla grande. La mesa del comedor está al lado de la isla de la cocina. Una cama queen está en el dormitorio y un sofá cama queen en el área del estudio.

Los dos dormitorios también se encuentran en el primer piso y tienen una vista de la playa y el océano desde el dormitorio principal que tiene una cama queen. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama litera doble y cama nido doble con un gemelo plegable en el armario. El estudio cuenta con un televisor de pantalla grande, una cama queen, una mesa de comedor y una cocina parcial.

Una escalera de caracol de roble conduce a la suite del ático que tiene vistas panorámicas de la playa y el océano desde la sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina. Hay una cocina gourmet totalmente equipada, comedores informales y formales, y una gran sala de estar con TV de pantalla grande, chimenea de gas y múltiples áreas de descanso. Al otro lado de la cocina hay un estudio con una cama queen. Entre la cocina y la sala de estar, las puertas francesas se abren al balcón que tiene asientos frente al océano y una barbacoa de gas incorporada.
La suite del dormitorio principal cuenta con una amplia sala de estar con chimenea de gas, TV y una vidriera. El sofá futón se aplana en una cama doble. Un dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el otro tiene dos camas individuales y un balcón. Una cubierta de techo ofrece una espectacular vista de 360 grados del océano y las montañas.

A great stay for family and friends

The place was a beautiful stay for a large group. My bridal party and I were staying there and the location was perfect for a California stay. We’d walk along the beach and the place was close to the areas we were visiting. There were more than enough beds for each of us and the place was very clean. It has lots of natural light. We would stay here again!

Amazing view, super cool house!!

The house is so spacious, super comfortable for a big group. The living space upstairs has incredible views, we enjoyed the sunsets right on the beach just steps away, as well as from both the rooftop balcony and second floor balcony of the house. A great stay in a beautiful home!

Fantastic spot!

The property was perfect for our family get together. The kitchen was perfect for cooking with the family and you had beautiful views of the beach from the kitchen and living room! We could all fit around the living room and hang out and talk. Just steps from the sand, we played on the beach all day and even got in some hoops at the basketball court! Everyone had their own space in this spacious property and it was just perfect for us!

Fantastic Beach Getaway

We booked this location for a women's retreat and it did not disappoint! The views were fantastic and the space was perfect for us to spend time together while also having room to retreat into our own spaces. Steve was very communicative and helpful! Team Visit

I coach a collegiate volleyball team and we stayed here for a local tournament. The location is top notch and the house itself fit us all very well. I would recommend this as a place to stay for any larger groups!

New Years

Our family- including 6 from UK stayed here for 5 nights over New Years. Games, talking and way too much eating! This place was perfect for a large family and has a great beach and a park with volleyball and basketball court. I highly recommend it!

Perfect for Family Gathering

Our second visit to the Mandalay Beach House for our family Christmas gathering. Incredible huge park 3 blocks away, beach across from the front porch, unobstructed sunset every night, great game and dinner table for the 10 adults in our family and the huge open Kitchen/dining/living room space all looking out across the beach and ocean was a treat. kitche/eating/living room space

Wonderful for extended family stay

We held a family gathering (3 families - 14 people) with age ranges from 1 to 60 years old. The views and beach access were amazing and there were plenty of toys/balls for the kids (not really kids) to play with. We were surprised to find that the main gathering area was big enough and with plenty of seating for us all to hang out together without feeling cramped at all. The layout of the house was perfect for finding a quiet room for the sleeping baby while the talking and laughter were going on. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was very clean. We will definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to gather as a large family or friend group.

Dated, needs repair, and somewhat misrepresented.

Upon arriving, we were shocked at how faded the home was and how narrow it was based on the pictures listed. The listing makes it look grand. The front door was stuck, and the other exterior door by the front door could hardly be opened. I told the handyman, but nothing happened. The home is dated throughout. There are 24 paragraphs of rules emailed right before your reservation starts. The BBQ burned our steak and then stopped working altogether. The main level is upstairs and it is the only kitchen. We were provided a small amount of tissue, paper towel and dish pods and had to buy our own. One rule is you have to supply your own beach towel. None provided and you're not allowed to take the bath towels to the beach. The downstairs has a sink and refrigerator only. The home is adjacent to a beach park, it's not ocean front, but you still have a great view of the ocean. The windows however were all covered in salt and were not washed before our stay. I expected a little more for over a grand a night..

We have used this property 10-15 times I believe. We use it for staff retreats and Leadership Team meetings. It's hard to find a place where we can all be together in one location. So this has worked well.

Great Time At The Beach!

Very interesting house with a lot of character! Overall totally worked out and met our larger group’s needs. Kinda sucked that only one of three microwaves was working when we were there but I get it - it was their busy season. Three great fridges. Pretty much only the second floor kitchen is useable for cooking which means you’ll be using that main staircase all day long. Perfect beach access and beach. Awesome living room gathering area. They provided many helpful extras like patio chairs, beach chairs, and beach toys. Communication with host was not at all my style but it worked out in the end. Thanks for a great time!

A great week

Great Spot for All Ages

We met at the beach house from all across the country to celebrate a family wedding. The house was perfect for all, ages 10-85. Plenty of space reunite as a group, as well as finding a quiet space for those needing a time out.

Excellent beach stay!

We absolutely love staying at this gorgeous house. We’ve stayed more than once & would come back. I will say the kitchen downstairs could use supplies, such as dishware, cups, bottle opener, etc. Everything was very clean & comfortable when we arrived. We would stay here again.

Annual family weekend

We stayed at this beautiful home for our annual family weekend. 4 couples and 5 grandchildren. The home was beautiful and the location was perfect, just steps away from the beach. There was plenty of room for all families to be comfortable. We all loved hanging out together in the large living room with ocean views. Check in was very easy. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, pots & pans, etc... There is a Von's really close by for any forgotten items. Everyone agreed that this home was one of the best we have stayed in.

GG's pre-90th birthday celebration

The house was perfect for our family--4 couples and 7 children. Roomy for some quiet time if desired and plenty of seating for together time. The set-up was great, kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Tech stuff all worked. Plenty of beach toys for the little ones. I live in the area and needed a BIG place for all my family and this worked out very well. Would stay again.

great beach house!

This was a great place for my family to gather for a week of family time with a side of the beach! We appreciated having plenty of bedroom space. We loved the very large living room and open kitchen - it was very nice for family hangout time. The kitchen was well-equipped and functional. It was a joy to be able to send kids onto the sand and see them from the patio near the kitchen. No major issues/would recommend and would happily return.

House and location worked out great for all of our CA travelers. The pull out beds were not comfortable and had to go buy an air mattress. We had 20+ guests and did not have enough bath towels and kitchen towels. If renting this house, I would definitely make sure you bring more of the everyday items.
