Welcome to Casa Blanca, our townhouse in the charming Savannah Square neighborhood! Situated just a mile from the Square, where you'll find an array of fantastic restaurants and shopping. The Big Bad Breakfast, the Snackbar, Jinsei or Volta are just a short walk away.

If you're in town to visit Ole Miss, you're in luck! Our townhouse is conveniently located 2 miles from campus and the football stadium, making it a perfect choice for those coming to enjoy university events and games.

This contemporary and cozy 3-bedroom townhouse is your ideal home away from home. With sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests, it's perfect for families or groups seeking a comfortable and stylish stay. Enjoy modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, and a relaxing living area. Explore the local scene or unwind on the screened-in porch, complete with a TV and inviting lounge chairs. Experience the best of both worlds - a peaceful neighborhood setting just moments away from the vibrant square.

Items provided - Kitchen: coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, trash bags, soap, paper towels, and dishwasher tabs. Bathrooms: towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body lotion. Laundry: detergent, handheld steamer, iron, and board.

Guest access - The house is self-access by keyless entry at the front door. The carport provides enough space for 2 cars. There is additional parking available just around the corner.

Trash - Please tie all garbage in trash bags. The garbage bin is located on the driveway. Trash pick up is on Mondays and Thursdays.

Things to note - Savannah Square is a new development and construction may be taking place during daytime hours. We have a ring video doorbell at the front door and a driveway camera for security purposes.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house while dropping our son off at Ole Miss. The host was fantastic—quick to respond and very helpful with information, which made everything so easy. We loved the thoughtful touches like cold drinks waiting in the fridge, and coffee and tea available for the mornings. The location was perfect—just a quick 5-minute drive to the Square. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!

What a gorgeous home! Location is wonderful - close to everything. Plenty of room to spread out with ALL the things a traveler needs to make their stay top notch…hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, etc., lots of towels, fully stocked kitchen of utensils & appliances, washer & dryer with detergent and all! Air conditioning works great. Back screened in patio was perfect for hanging out. We loved staying and would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous Home, PERFECT location!

Beautiful home walking distance from the Square. I cannot recommend this home enough. Very clean, looked brand new, and has the coziest screened in porch. Prime location for enjoying Oxford’s best attractions. Sandra was an excellent and attentive host. Would definitely stay here again!
