The house is almost all exterior, full of natural light, since it has large windows of great quality that in addition to providing a lot of light to the property, make the stay quiet free from outside noise.
The apartment is located on the third floor of the building and has an elevator.
It is a modern house, with new furniture, very well located, spacious (110 m2), newly renovated, with lots of natural and silent light; which is distributed as follows:
- Entrance hall, in which there is a security camera that focuses on the access door to the house, so that our clients always feel safe during their stay in the property.
- Four differentiated bedrooms as follows:
Bedroom 1 (has 2 beds of 90 cm and a large closet)
Bedroom 2 (provided with 1 double bed of 1.50 cm and built-in wardrobe)
Bedroom 3 (has 2 beds of 1.05 cm and a large closet)
Bedroom 4 (provided with a “trundle” bed with 2 mattresses of 90 cm and a chest of drawers)
- Living room - Open kitchen, very spacious of 35 m2, which has a sofa bed of 1.50 cm, a good TV, kitchen with modern appliances, a bar and a dining table that can accommodate up to 10 people and of course provided with all the necessary utensils to be able to cook and enjoy a stay as comfortable as possible.
