Great stay (interesting room configuration)

Not a two bedroom. The bunk beds are in the entrance way to the master bedroom. (I.e. guests have to go past bunk-bed-sleepers to access the master room, or conversely the bathroom) Clean and great location.

Spacious minimalist apartment

Clean and tidy and stylish. Worked well for our short stay. Would benefit from a coat rack at the entrance for all our winter and ice climbing gear :)

First Guest!

The apartment is clean and fresh. It is easy to walk to the main street of Ouray which has great food and shopping, and all LOCAL businesses! We appreciated the extra linens and towels, the grill and outdoor spaces, and the ease of entry. The bunk room is between the kitchen and master bedroom. We chose to keep the doors open between them to increase air flow, it was unusually hot, so this may not be a concern most of the year. The open sleeping was not an issue for our family, but is something to consider. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and eager to make sure all of our needs were met.
