The room was not clean when I checked in. The bed was not made. It looked like someone just woke up from there and left. The hotel mistakenly charged me again even though I fully paid via Expedia. It then took me another 1.5 hrs to rectify the situation to get the refund of the duplicated charge. I will not return to this hotel.
When I entered the room after I checked in, the bed looks like this and was not made.

Comfortable bed and pillows. I even had a small kitchen with full size stove and fridge. A few doors down there is an Olly Fresco store selling all sorts of cooked food options so if you don’t want to cook pop in here as it looked very good

We were in Ottawa for the Ironman race so the location was perfect. The only issue was parking as Sonder does not have parking so you have to rely on public parking.

We had a view of other people’s rooms. Rooms were very dark, fans were extremely loud and you could hear everyone around you rooms were nicely decorated smallest bathroom we’ve ever had works for one person not for three. I wouldn’t stay at this property again.
