Nice hotel with lovely spa facilities, very clean and helpful staff, only thing that could be improved is the decor in the bedrooms eg paint chipped off wardrobe/bathroom doors

The spa is amazing. The food is priced very reasonable and is delicious we weren’t going to eat there thinking it’ll be overpriced as there’s not much around, however we were pleasantly surprised. Our only problem was our room. Lovely room think we got upgraded but we found a very dirty sock at side of the bed with some dirty tissues. (Crusty) we told the staff and they made a note of it.

Hotel is need of refubishment . dirty shower ,safes dont work,while we were there(one night) hallway lights bent over on walls . check in was good as we arived early and given a room . Polite reception staff. Room was ok, dirty sock under the bed! Staff in bar area talking before noticing I was stood at the bar. They do not take cash. Unable to swim with daughter until lifeguard present which was fine only no lifeguard showed up on Wednesday morning.

The hotel from the exterior was pleasant enough as well as the interior but the closer you look the dirtier the room got. The check in process took a while but the staff were pleasant. The walls of the room were covered in black marks and scuffs, the mugs provided were stained and there were also stains on the throw that was on the end of the bed. The balcony doors were are mouldy.

Great bar and restaurant poor room

The staff were all very friendly and professional . The gym and spa were ok the bar and restaurant were very nice with good food . The rooms are dated and the bed desperately needs a new mattress. Feels a bit like all fur coat and no knickers .

Clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff. We went hiking in Snowdonia and so left early. We got provided grab and go breakfast as early as 5am which wasn’t in the policy.

The property was very dated. Broken switches and tiles in the club facilities. We upgraded to a balcony room it was very basic the balcony was dirty not been swept at all. Ivy overgrown and looked like it needed some tlc. Really disappointed in this hotel and won’t be going back.

Great location, superb facilities, relaxing stay

Beautiful buildings situated in fairly remote location. Very pleasant, helpful staff, comfortable, well equipped rooms. Beds are comfy but disappointed to find its 2 singles combined as i lay in the middle and got the seams. Delicious food and well stocked bar. Plenty of staff despite hosting a wedding the evening we stayed. Would 100% recommend
