Two of the bedrooms have private courtyards with outside showers. The trulli saraceni are separated from the main villa by a large lawn of 600 square meters. They have been restored as double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, measuring 70 square meters in total and with independent access. The living area is surrounded by a large patio, with covered sitting and dining areas, and an outside kitchen with sink, pizza oven and a barbecue. The patio leads to the swimming pool which is 15 meters by 4 meters. There is also a large basement with laundry facilities. Equipment includes table football, table tennis and a multi-sports field for 5-a-side football, tennis or volleyball with synthetic turf and floodlights. The property is 300 meters from the nearest road, linked by a private driveway, and is surrounded by 3 hectares of land and 700 olive trees between 30 and 100 years old.
