The hotel is in a great area, close to Namba station and Dotonbori. Staff are very friendly and rooms are well-sized and clean. In our experience, the beds were very firm and only provided one flat pillow per person. We requested additional pillows but they were sold out for the day. Overall good experience, we would consider staying again for the price.

Yes for this hotel

This is an acceptable hotel in Namba. The rooms are small and don't even have room to really store your luggage. The beds are hard and the pillows firm. Yet the hotel is quiet and we slept really well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was quite good and filling. Overall, a good experience and we would stay here again.

This used to be a good hotel but they've gone very basic. From what is in the room (no bottled water, no toothbrush, no pjs) to the check out (10am, really?) Breakfast (by 9am you must be done). The only good thing is the location, for the rest is just a basic soulless place.

距離車站出口很近，附近就有25，B4 and B6出口，到道頓堀心齋橋也很近。我住的是family room，空間很闊落，還有兩間浴室。 不過酒店提供的枕頭較扁及沒有承託力，睡得很不舒服。

Very clean hotel! Great lotion close to Dontobori and subway. Breakfast included was mainly Japanese not many western options FYI if you are traveling with a picky eater. Overall, great stay!
