We stayed in Room1153 by elevators with self-serve laundry on the floor 300yen wash, 100yen per 20min to dry. Water filter for drinking water by elevators-great alternative to bottled water. Unfortunately it is down alot so purchased water at supermarket. Room had an air filter. Beautiful hotel behind the train station and above a shopping mall with Hands dept. store, 24hour supermarket, 7eleven, food court in basement, McDonalds, Matsuya fast food 24hrs, Don Quixote and Pachinko, Uniqlo, Daiso ,100 yen drug/discount store for everything you need all close by. Slippers provided. Amenities such as combs, razors, toothbrush/toothpaste, even facial cleanser/toner/moisturizer samples, instant coffee and teabags provided in lobby in self-service area by check-in. Microwave in lobby. Fridge and hot water boiler in room. Don't need anything else. Pack lightly and enjoy the proximity to the the trains. Full room cleaning is done every 3 days unless you specifically want it done that day. In that case you must leave the room by 11am to allow cleaning crew to do a thorough cleaning. Only complaint was that we should have more laundry machines-a change machine would help, water filtration system was down alot and fridge was not cold enough. Other than that we enjoyed our stay with clean modern rooms and being next to the trains were the most important issue for us. Rooms were tiny so opening a large luggage was impossible. Carpets need cleaning.
Random Osaka accomodation tax was charged. Would be nice to know the amount upfront. About $20+ usd for our 11 night stay where I paid $175 a night already.

A 3.5-star hotel. The staff didn't speak much English, but they were helpful. Very cramped rooms, with no space to put suitcases. In our opinion, a three-person room should only accommodate a double. Besides, if you're entitled to any privileges (I have an Expedia gold card), forget anyone even asking or offering you a room upgrade, etc. Otherwise, it was standard. A wide selection of breakfast options. The AC in the room could be stronger and the vents cleaner.

Recommending for 1-2 night stay. Very small room, and stuffy smell even tho we booked non smoking room. Air conditioning was not working properly and was turning on and off whole night. We didn’t get much sleep and could barely move around the room (2 adults and 1 child, three bed room) Out of four hotels we booked in Japan this was the one we enjoyed the east unfortunately. Only positive was that train station is 2min away.

Good place to stay

Overall, a good hotel. The restaurant attached to the hotel is a Denny’s. Hotel is close to the train station and sunshine shopping center and there are many restaurants in the area. The room is a little bit bigger than the average Japanese hotel room. The only thing to note is if you have a queen bed, it will go the whole width of the room so the second person has to climb over to get to their side of the bed. The staff at the hotel is excellent very accommodating. The laundry facility is right adjacent to the front desk. If you’re drying your clothes, it takes a long time since it’s only a small dryer. overall, I would stay there again.

御堂筋線江坂駅の前に位置するホテルでとても便利でした。ホテルが入っているビルには地下に食堂街もあり、21時過ぎに帰ってきても夕食には困りませんでした。 コインランドリーがありましたが洗濯機も乾燥機も2台ずつしかなく、夜は混んでいて諦めました。部屋は快適で心地よく過ごせました。
