交通方便鄰近大阪城公園的寧靜獨立小屋
樓高兩層，上下層各有一个洗手間，家電齊全，可以洗衣服，走幾分鐘的路可以到森之宫鐵路站，大阪城公園也在附近，好方便，房屋位於住宅群里，比較安靜。
