Our unit was clean and comfortable. It was great to be able to do laundry in the unit as well! We were not sure about emailing our information at first, but did research and found that it’s required to submit your info by the Japanese government, so it was no problem in the end. We were within walking distance of so many restaurants and a ton of shopping, but far enough away that the street is much quieter. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and are glad we chose this accommodation for our trip.

L'état de la chambre devrait être mis à jour, les équipements sont vieux. De plus, la chambre était légèrement sale, rien d'extrême, mais la douche est jaune et il y a de la poussière. L'hôtel est localisé près d'une autoroute, donc si vous avez le sommeil léger c'est à éviter. Dans le positif, nous avions une chambre au 5e et nous nous sommes senti en sécurité. L'hôtel est situé près de tous les attraits touristiques, des métros et des konbini, donc très pratique.

We have been to this property in 2024 Spring and 2025 Summer. Down the building has dinning, grocery, laundry, 7 minutes by walking to subway, cross the street to Dotonbori. Reasonable price n prompt communication. It was excellent to me.

The place needs update as soon as possible. Need more kitchen utensils like glasses. The bed hard and old almost breaks down. Not enough towels. Location 8 min walk from closest station and 14 min walk to Namba station. Well I will locate my family next time close to Namba or umeda station. Better and clean and updated place.
