This is my second time staying as a solo traveller and I would stay again. The location is key with a 7-11 less than a 1 minute walk. The train station is less than a 5 minute walk (I am a fast walker) and you can get to Midosuji street quickly. The staff is helpful as soon as I arrive and check out. They helped me with forwarding my luggage to my next destination so I didn't have to lug it around. It was perfect since the train station was a little busy (being Osaka and with the Expo going on) and when I arrived to Osaka station, I was able to get the shinkasen train without a seat reservation. They have nice amenities for free and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't use the eco services as I prefer to have no one walk into my room, so all was well. Like I said, I would certainly stay here again.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to the train and bus. Plenty of convenience stores close by and lovely restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay, our room was clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful. We used the laundry facilities (coins not needed). We ate at the downstairs breakfast and we thought it was good. Would be very happy to stay here again.

Could be better

Nice hotel but the room amenities are rather basic and rooms are small. The bed is good but pillows are very low (only two provided). The breakfast is very basic Japanese -- nothing much for vegetarian like me.

Excellent stay at this hotel, that is in a business area, but well connected to transportation links that will quickly bring you to all key spots. Got a warm welcome at check-in that explained everything about the hotel and its services. Room size is fine, bed was wonderful and all expected amenities provided. There is a 7-11 next door and its easy to find more options for shopping and food. Would stay here again.

There are many business buildings around but not an issue as there are subway station all around making commuting so convenient. The hotel staffs are so friendly. Room may be a little small but adequate for 3 persons. Most importantly this hotel is very eco friendly. There are so many eateries around the hotel and many attractions in the near vicinity. Close to most attractions with a few subway stations apart. Will definitely stay in this hotel when I visit Osaka. BTW from Kyoto Gion to the hotel is just one train line and less than 40 mins ride.
