Decent Stay with Some Pros and Cons

The hotel was adequate for our needs, though the room was a bit small. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, while others were less so. The hotel is about a 13-minute walk from the nearest station; however, they offer a shuttle service every 20 minutes that accommodates up to nine people. Keep in mind the shuttle can fill up quickly. The breakfast buffet was average—nothing exceptional. The lobby is quite small, which can feel a bit cramped. For coffee lovers, the hotel’s coffee wasn’t great, but there is a very good coffee shop nearby, as well as a Starbucks within walking distance. One definite plus: the room included a washing machine, which was very convenient for our stay. Overall, while there were a few downsides, I would stay here again

Far from station but quiet and comfortable

It’s a lovely little hotel. Very Mew and clean and I really like the arrangement of the rooms with the toilet in a separate area so it’s quiet. It’s actually about a 15 minute walk from the station so be aware. By Taxi from Shin Osaka it’s just a 1000. Their shuttle is handy but finding it unless you are coming from the subway via Exit 4 is almost impossible. Also there is a long set of stairs to reach or return from the station to reach the shuttle, so be aware. I’d take a taxi there for check in and to drop off luggage. Despite that I really enjoyed a quiet, comfortable stay of several days and now that I know how to get there, I would stay again. The staff is really lovely!
