Amazing property.

This property has been renovated and the kitchen/living room was perfect for our large family. The view out the door to the ocean is all you would hope for and the pool is large and a lot of fun. Great location as well. Will definetly stay here again!

Beautiful Oceanside Condo

This place was PERFECT. The condo itself was clean, super nice, spacious, and watching the sun rise over the ocean on the balcony was my favorite thing every day. The pool was a great place to hang out with plenty of room for our group, refreshing water temp, and nice people from the other units. The beach was huge with no crowds to fight. Loved staying here and would most definitely stay again

Nice and clean on the beach

Easy beach access. Nice and clean. Needs some minor repairs of sliding door and screen, and im the 2nd bathroom. Not a big deal though. Would stay there again. Laura was also very communicative and the check in was easy.

Super clean

This must have been the cleanest vacation home we have stayed in. The host was very responsive, the view from the balcony was wonderful, and access to the beach was easy. The only reason I gave a 4 star and not a 5, was due to a bathroom leak in the upstairs bathroom - all the adults had to share one bathroom which is never fun but we didn’t want to make the leak worse. But other than that, everything was wonderful and the apartment was amazing!

The unit was as advertised, clean, neat, well-supplied, and also quiet. Beautiful ocean view. Some problems with the front door lock and sticky sliding glass door. Price was high. Otherwise, I would more seriously consider another stay.

This condo was perfect for our family. The view from the patio is perfect. We had plenty of space, beds super comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Great communication from the owner too. Can’t wait to go back!

We loved the location, it is very close to great restaurants and grocery stores and was right on a quiet area of the beach. The condo was beautiful and clean and the host responded quickly when I had a question. We would definitly stay here again.

Loved Everything About It!

The pictures are nice, but this condo is even better in person. It’s the cleanest place my family has ever stayed. The beds are very comfortable. The linens are the nicest we’ve ever had. The bath towels are nice and thick, and get you dry. The doormat does a great job getting sand off your feet. We had a great view of the beach and a Space-X launch from the balcony. Can’t say enough good things about the owner. Notes and instructions were all very detailed. The directions to operate the tv, cable box, and apps were easy to follow. Several places we've stayed have left no directions. We stayed one week after Hurricane Ian. While there was no damage to this unit, she kept us updated on any issues and repairs at the complex, all of which were minor. Would stay again.

Location is everything

If you are wanting an updated condo RIGHT on the beach with million dollar views this unit is definitely what you want!!! Ocean views from the balcony, living area and kitchen as well as the master suite. Ocean waves will lull you to sleep as you can hear the ocean from the master suite. This location is perfect and worth every penny. The condo has a wonderful pool also. The unit has everything needed to make your stay wonderful. If I had a negative it would be that Beach chairs were provided but no umbrella. This was definitely a must. We purchased one for our stay and left there for future guests as we could not take on our flight. If ever in the area I will def plan on getting this unit again.

SO PERFECT!!!

my husband, 22 yr son, 13yr daughter and myself had the best time so far. The condo was exactly like the pictures. BEAUTIFUL 😍 ALSO the ocean is straight in front of the balcony . I could see my kids from the couch….. All I know is God hand picked this for us FOR SURE!!! Thank u Laura for all u did for us. We deff plan on coming back SOON 😁

Beautiful condo stay

On entering the condo, I was well pleased with the first reaction. It was one of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed in. It is well stocked with everything that you need. There are even extra towels and supplies. There were plenty of beach items for the guests to use. Loved the tile floors in the bathrooms. Having an extra bathroom downstairs was very handy, The only problem we had was when we locked the patio door, it was hard to unlock at times. We just had to figure it out, There was some construction going on at the facility and they started early. The pool was awesome. There are a couple short paths that lead you to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. Great for couples. Laura was great. Great communication and she had great recommendations for the area, we had a wonderful vacation and would not hesitate to rent from Laura again,. Thank you so much, it was beautiful.

Ocean Front Relaxation

This unit is updated, clean and definitely ocean front. The finishes are beautiful. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms upstairs make it very comfortable and the half bath downstairs is very convenient. The oceanfront balcony is great for coffee and sunrises in the morning, but don't miss the sunsets at night. It's great. There are no walkable restaurants or shopping, but if you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to stay, this is it. Couldn't have been happier staying here.
