The AC controller did not work so you had no control over the temperature in the room. The loud fan near the window ran constantly even if the AC controller was in OFF position. There was no hot water at 10 pm at night. Whenever anyone flushed the toilet water pressure fell to 10%. Bathroom toilet ran continually. We were only there for a short overnight due to cancelled flights so did not want to spend hours with the maintenance staff. There was no one at the front desk when we checked out to inform about the problems.

Front staff was Rude. We asked what rooms were available and we booked what they had and ended up with a down graded room because the room was never available. We waited 3 hours to check in for that specific room. Had to wait for shift change to actually make it to our room
