Esta propiedad está ubicada en Windsor Palms Resort (FLORIDA'S PREMIER VACATION SPOT) junto a la autopista 192 (oeste) cerca de World Drive. Ubicada en una comunidad cerrada con una puerta de seguridad abierta las 24 horas, esta casa está a menos de 5 millas de Disney, a 25 minutos del aeropuerto internacional, a 15 minutos de Sea World, a 20 minutos de Universal Studios. Menos de 5 minutos de la NUEVA Margaritaville (Inauguración de primavera de 2019). El campo de golf Mystic Dune está ubicado al otro lado de la calle de Windsor Palms Entrance.

Esta villa recientemente actualizada cuenta con cuatro dormitorios y 2 baños. Piscina y jacuzzi (sin cargo adicional para calefacción) Mesa de billar de tamaño completo ubicada en el garaje adjunto. Se proporciona una parrilla de gas propano y una parrilla de carbón. (El propano y el carbón no se suministran)

La villa tiene su propia piscina climatizada privada / filtrada / iluminada y un spa con jacuzzi, con muebles de patio y una amplia selección de entretenimientos para todas las edades. Excellent Property p

This property was excellent, a home from home. It was very well equipped and comfortable for a family of five. It is is very close to the Disney parks which took the stress out of travelling. Being a gated community made us feel very safe. Would definitely stay here again and owners were great with their communication.

Superb villa, would easily recommend

Communication with the owners was superb, nothing was too much bother. All details regarding the checkin etc were timely and excellent. The villa itself was in a brilliant location which made getting to Disney really fast. Everything about the villa was super.

Great House

We arrived at the property right around 4pm. Checking in at Guard was easy. House was clean and very nice. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Kids loved playing on the pool table as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Anniversary trip

Beautiful Villa in a great location. The hot tub was a welcoming way to relax at the end of a busy day at the parks. Hosts were in good contact and generous in supplies at the Villa. Highly recommend 🤗

Great place for small family

We are very pleased with this home. Garage is a playroom with a pool table another activities. They had set up a Christmas tree and a few Christmas decorations which were nice as we were there over the Christmas holiday. Nice clean small pool, jacuzzi was nice but seems to leak significantly needs water added almost daily. Bedrooms are a little bit small but all had a tv which was nice for kids in the evening. Plenty of kitchen necessities- fridge and freezer a little smaller. A little dated but we were very pleased with the home and location. Plenty of near by restaurants, Walmart, and Disney World. Gated entry nice. Would stay her again. Great host/owners. Thank for the holiday decor-added to the stay.

Amazing stay!

This was the perfect home to stay in while visiting the Disney parks! The house was well equipped and had everything we could need. The pool and hot tub are a huge perk after long day of walking. When we arrived, the property was spotless!! The owner, Kim, was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this home!!

A haven of relaxation

We stayed here for 1 week while visiting the theme parks and other areas in Florida. We found this property to be ideally placed for quick access, especially to the Disney parks. The manned gate made the resort feel very safe. The property was well equipped & maintained, with the pool area especially being spotlessly clean and a great place to spend a few relaxing hours when we took a morning away from the parks. Communication with the owners could not have been smoother as Kim replied to any emails very quickly with helpful information.

The home was okay

So before the stay I was requested to pay a cleaning fee on top a service fee so I staid with no damage done but a cleaning when I left oh yea and also had to get my own toilet paper because it wasn’t provided and she said I took accommodations from other future guests that was above the fridge that nobody in the house ever touched in our entire time saying there because I was the only one that would be able to touch the close to that height and I never did

Lovely home-feel property close to Disney parks

We thought it was a lovely welcoming and well kept property, size was perfect for our family of 4 with teens wanting their own space and it was only a short drive from Disney and supermarket. The house was very well equipped with anything we needed for a comfortable stay and the girls particularly enjoyed the private pool. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to our queries. Given the chance we’d definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. House was comfortable and had everything we needed and more. We loved having our own private pool and the size was perfect for the 4 of us. Took us no more than 20 minutes to get to the Disney parks which was great. We definitely recommend and will book again!!

Property Review

The location of the property was excellent, the property itself was well maintained & had everything we needed. Our check in details were very easy to follow. We had no need to contact the owner during our stay, but they contacted us to make sure all was ok. If we come back to Florida we would like to stay here again.

House was perfectly located to the parks. Kids enjoyed the pool. Had all amenities needed for staying off property. We didn't check out the community pool as it was easier to stay home. It was very spacious for our family of 5. It was what we were looking for. Owners were very responsive. Especially when we had any issues such as the hot tub error and cleaning. They quickly responded and resolved it. We would rent again. Thank you.

Perfect place for Disney vacation

The house had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The pool was wonderful. The host was very responsive and everything was as advertised. The clubhouse is very nice and there are literally dozens of restaurants within a couple of miles. One of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had. Grandkids loved the Mickey decor.

Lovely home in a quiet resort.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay for two weeks. The home was fully stocked with more items than met our needs. The owners were great to work with. That was reflected in how they take care that everything insures you a safe and enjoyable experience. The community was quiet and the resort amenities were a nice bonus. Very enjoyable. Great place to stay for Disney

This was an easy drive to all Disney parks and easy access to a grocery store too! It’s right at front of. Community too! Even though we had the pool and Hot tub at the house that we used everyday, we still could access the community area pool, hot tub, tennis, volley ball basketball etc. Hosts were easy to contact and wonderful! Thanks again!

Wonderful home in great location

Nothing but positive things to say about the house. Situated in great location for access to WDW and amenities along 192, we traveled with a 9month old and 2.5year old. Kim and Tom were very good from booking all the way through check out. Would love to go back

A Home from Home

This villa has everything you could possibly need and more to have a really enjoyable holiday with your family. The beds were incredibly comfortable (wish it would have fit in the suitcase!) and the villa is really close to the parks particularly the Disney parks (actually within 15 minutes, sometimes quicker!). When we weren’t at the parks, the games room, hot tub and pool provided plenty of entertainment to keep our family busy. Communication with the owners was great and responses came really quickly whenever we asked questions. We loved our Orlando holiday and it was made all the better as we were based here!

Pool issues

A key reason for booking this villa, and paying a premium, was the private pool. We had high hopes based on the description of the property & reviews. These hopes were soon dashed, particularly in relation to the pool. On arrival there was a dead frog in the pool, the net structure covering the pool had numerous gaps in it & weeds growing through it, making it ineffective. The pool quickly became infested with thousands of flies & lots of worms. It was extremely unpleasant & not suitable for use. The pool was cleaned weekly but the bugs & worms quickly returned. We had to make repeated contact with the owners to seek a resolution, not how we had planned to spend our time on holiday! Into the 2nd week of the issue the owners did increase the use of the skimming machine which began to clear the dead bugs but there were still hundreds of them at the bottom & around the sides of the pool. It was only after the third week, and on our last day in the villa, that the pool was cleaned again & was looking clearer. Out of our three week stay we could only use the pool once. We asked the owners for a goodwill gesture of compensation given we were deprived of the use of the pool but this was not responded to by the owners whose position was it was ‘normal’, not their fault & advised us to use the communal pool. We consider that if the over pool netting was better maintained & extra skimming was done sooner, we could have had some use of the pool. Other private pools in the estate & the communal pool did not have issues with bugs. The villa itself is average. The decor is tired & needs painted. The bath tubs & tiles are grubby & need a deep clean. In the games room the pool table cover is held together with sellotape, there are no darts to use the darts board & 2 of the pool inflatables have punctures. We had an ant infestation in the master bedroom & living room which was reported to the on-site contact, however no action was taken resulting in us having to purchase pesticides at our own expense. We thereafter contacted the owners who did arrange for pest control to attend the following day & they removed a table which had been crawling with ants. There are some positives - the appliances, furnishings, Wi-Fi & TVs are good & the kitchen is well stocked with utensils. Windsor Palms is a lovely & convenient resort. Overall the issue with the private pool made this a very disappointing stay and we would not recommend the villa on that basis.

Perfect rental

My family stayed here for our Universal and Disney trip. It was absolutely perfect from the pool to the hot tub to the comfort of the beds. Very clean house. Highly recommend and will definitely book again on our next Florida vacation!
