Buena propiedad

En general muy buena la casa para ir con la familia. Esta bien ubicada si vas a los parques de Disney, pero algo retirado del aeropuerto y Universal Studios. La casa esta muy bonita y en buenas condiciones. Mi único comentario sería que podría estar mejor equipada en cuanto a utensilios de cocina, así como productos de limpieza general como jabón para la lavadora, shampoo y jabón de cuerpo. Al menos para estancias largas como fue el caso de la mia.

Exactly as described

Great stay, crisp and clean, easy check in including gate at subdivision entrance. Very roomy, lots of seating, outdoor patio is covered/shaded and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot with good pressure Basic cooking implements provided, but if you plan to cook, be sure to bring your own ziplock bags/cling wrap, seasonings, etc. as none of that is provided; but there were a couple garbage bags, dishwashing pods, and a clean dish sponge and one dish towel provided, just enough for a typical stay. We only had two minor hiccups, the rectangular single-serve coffee pods provided in a basket in the cupboard were amfor a specific type of coffee maker and did not fit the full-size coffee maker provided (we went to nearby coffee shop in the morning instead, it added an extra unplanned stop, but no biggie) and the WiFi password posted on the wall did not work (owner did respond, check the sticker on the bottom of the router, problem solved). Checkout is a little early at 10am, but not bothersome. Great location for Disney and other nearby attractions, all within a reasonable distance,shopping and restaurant nearby, and not specific to this townhouse but to the area in general, traffic is an issue at any time of the day, ignore what your gps says for a time estimate and double it. All in all, I’d stay here again if I were going to Disney! Thank you!

5 Star Location

The location is perfect for Disney theme park travel as the parks are super close and easy to access. Literally a mile to Animal Kingdom. Universal is also an easy drive. Everything you could want is close by, which is great because you will need stuff as the unit is sparse with what is provided (not even an extra roll of TP). The TV operation was interesting and channel line-up changed and was frustrating to navigate. You can also not cast to the TV to use your own. Beds were comfortable and you will never run out of hot water with a tankless system (it is very loud though when running). If location is what matters, this is your place for sure. Overall, I would give a 6 for location, but some of the other things were frustrating enough to knock it down to a 4 overall.

Great property, great location

This property was clean and welcoming. It is well maintained and well located (with a back road taking you directly into Disney and another back road taking you directly into Margaritaville). We very much enjoyed the stay and would go back again with no hesitation.The booking process with VRBO, on the other hand, was a nightmare. Their 24/7 customer service does not exist and they did not reply to either e-mails or to voice mails. This was extremely frustrating as the visit approached and I could not get the access information for the unit. I went to Orlando to scout out a short-term rental property to purchase. I certainly would purchase something in this location, but I absolutely would NOT use VRBO as a booking agent. The only thing they did effectively was to take their fee immediately.

Great place to stay

Property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were there to visit Hollywood Studios and a few other Disney spots and it was a 10 minute drive to get parked and on our way to the gate. Very convenient.

Great Place for a family of 5

We loved how big the overall space was, main rooms, Kitchen, and bedrooms all had lots of space. Super close to Disney (less than 15 min from Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood). Allowed us to come home mid-day to escape the heat of the day, then go back to the park with zero problem (visited in June). Super close to grocery, restaurants, and shopping!

Family Disney Vacation

The property was very close to the Disney attractions and very convenient. The property was very nice and clean and well kept. Only criticism is that the carpets had been cleaned which is good, but took 2 days to completely dry. Especially the stairs. Overall I would definitely rent again.

Excellent location and Beautiful home

The overall stay is ok.

The manager sent me the check in information with the wrong key password. We tried more then 20 mins, I called the manager, finally get into the house. If you want to cook, then it’s not a good place, there is no dinning table in the house, no cooking stuff like salt, pepper, we stayed there 4 days, only one roll kitchen paper towel available to use. The house is clean, we have enough space, the neighborhood is quiet.

Perfect location for Disney

Security gate system is terrible had to wait everytime we entered the grounds, they change the code monthly causing lots of problems. We were surprised to find out about a $100 daily fee ( yes daily) to use pool and exercise room. Aperiantly they don't like "renters" and the association and residence go out of there way to make renters uncomfortable. Nice place I would stay again, If you stay check Google maps for back way into Disney just make 3 left turns only about 5 minutes away !!
