The location of this home was definitely the highlight, very convenient and close to the theme parks, grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. The pool was also a nice feature and enjoyable for our family. The washer and dryer was also a plus. That said, there were several issues that made our stay less comfortable. Upon arrival, we noticed the front room lights were flickering on and off, which was a bit unsettling. The home also had an unpleasant odor, which seemed to be masked by several plug in air fresheners. The primary bedroom linens were unfortunately not clean. One of the pillows had a strong smell of urine, and we ended up buying our own pillows from Walmart. Being a pet-friendly home, there was also a lingering pet smell in the room. On top of that, there were ants throughout the house. Which we assumed was just a Florida thing so it didn’t bother us until we later found ants had gotten into one of our suitcases after we unpacked at home. Despite all this, we were out most of the day during our stay, so we didn’t spend too much time in the house for the cons to really inconvenience us just made the settling down for the night uncomfortable. The property has a lot of potential with its location and layout, but it could really benefit from a more thorough cleaning and maintenance routine.
