Need a slide at pool. And free water in rooms. Bellmen were wonderful, but didn't like having to tip two people each time. One to load cart, then a different one to push and unload cart. Also, they tried to separate me from my luggage when I checked in. Very confusing. All employees were exceptional. Pool was beautiful and fun. Great pizza at pool too. Would stay here again

Great property. Close enough to Islands and the Studios to walk. Also with included bus and boat transport. Pool is lovely. Nice comfy rooms. And even better Express Pass which now includes Hagrid’s Motorcycle ride-the next rollercoaster there.

This is our favorite of the three express pass hotels. It’s medium distance to city walk. Definitely walkable if you want to. Can also take the boat. The decor is really good. The pool is good. There’s a little pool restaurant that’s really good. We do like a hard rock and we do like the Portofino Bay too, but this one’s the best of all worlds and also tends to be the cheapest of the three.

Loved the pool and we even got to watch goonies one night at the pool. The staff is wonderful and acknowledged the 10-year-old’s birthday and everyone kept telling her happy birthday because they gave her a birthday pin to wear only thing I was disappointed in the refrigerator in our room didn’t work they said they brought us another one, but it didn’t get very cold either and there was no microwave anywhere on the property that we could use to heat up some mac & cheese. They told me they could bring one to the room, but it would cost me $15 a day… being that this is a premier universal hotel. I would’ve thought there would’ve been a microwave in the rooms, especially with kids to heat up food and snacks. It’s kind of necessary other than that it was wonderful
