Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 12 guests across four bedrooms and additional sofa beds. The master suite offers a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and bidet, a 40-inch Roku Smart TV, and direct pool access. A second master ensuite features a king bed and Roku Smart TV. A third bedroom holds a queen bed, while the fourth provides a full-over-full bunk bed. In the family room, two queen memory foam pull-out sofas and a 65-inch Roku Smart TV offer added sleeping space and entertainment.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a private heated pool with pool toys, a hot tub available year-round, and a surrounding area set with sun loungers, outdoor dining, and a hammock. A gas BBQ grill is ready for evening cookouts, and lake access is nearby via a path or dock. Guests also have access to resort amenities, including a gym, tennis courts, and volleyball courts, with no resort fees.

The air-conditioned game room is outfitted with arcade games, a pool table, and ping pong for hours of fun. Meals can be enjoyed around the large dining table or outside by the pool. Breakfast is provided during your stay, and housekeeping services are available daily at an extra cost.
