Beautiful and spacious home... clean and highly functional. Host responds quickly and addresses questions/problems promptly. We wished there was a covered outside area around the pool, as Florida heats up and cover from the sun is needed. We purchased an outdoor oversized umbrella and made it work. Warning: be careful in the theater room. Wall where screen is located is a foam wall and easily perforated. One of my heavier guests leaned against it and fell as it gave way (cracked)... I made host aware and she was very understanding. I'd recommend this property for anyone looking for an affordable place for a larger group. All bathrooms properly functional and it has two laundry rooms! Common areas are spacious and bedrooms are all comfortable and a generous size. The Kitchen has two full sized refrigerators and two dishwashers and is equipped with the necessary utilities. We enjoyed being a guest in this home.

Overall the house was nice. The sauna did not get hot even though we paid for it to be heated. There was still trash in the bin outside when we got to the home.But they did eventually come pick it up. One of the refrigerators still smelled like leftover tuna Fish/seafood, so we only use 1 of the refrigerators. Door knob broken on the upstairs bathroom. Other than that it was good.

Very enjoyable home. Lots of space for everyone in my group. The kitchen was large with 2 refrigerators and 2 dish washers. Utensils and pots were provided. The host was awesome, They always responded when there was a question or problem. Check-in was simple with all the information sent prior to our arrival. I will definitely be booking a stay at this property again.

Family vacay

The house was really nice. There was enough space for everyone to relax and just chill whenever they wanted to but the living/dining area was spacious enough for us to have family game night and movie night. The pool is small but the kids loved it. There are pots, pans and dinnerware for large groups to cook instead of eating out everyday. We stayed 6 days and 5 nights. This trip was about connecting with family and we did just that.

Golf trip with Ladies

The house was large and spacious with a large social gathering place with the open floor plan. There were 2 refrigerators with modern appliances and accoutrements. The home was as very nice and accommodating, just as was advertised. Our family really enjoyed staying there. there only two minor things that I asked the owner to address, and they were, one to add some additional cookware and, second, to put an apparatus in the upstairs king bedroom walk-in shower to hold soap and/or body wash bottle. Other than that, a good time was had by all. Will be going back at a future date!

Beautiful, bedrooms are just as advertised. Pool was great, wish the hot tub was hotter and while the kitchen had most of the basics, it was missing some serving utensils, baking pans and lttle things like ice cream scoop. Really great though.

Perfect pre-cruise retreat

We recently rented this spacious and well maintained house as a gathering spot for our family and friends before our cruise wedding, and it was nearly perfect! The home had plenty of space for everyone to relax and prepare for the cruise, with comfortable bedrooms and well-designed common areas that made our stay memorable.Initially, we noticed a discrepancy in the listing regarding the inclusion of a crib and high chair, as these items actually required an additional fee. However, Sharron, the owner, went above and beyond to address the issue promptly. Not only did she correct the misunderstanding, but she also waived the fee as a kind gesture, which truly demonstrated her dedication to guest satisfaction.The house itself was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. It served as the perfect starting point for our cruise wedding festivities, allowing our friends and family to come together and create lasting memories.Sharron’s professionalism and responsiveness made an already wonderful experience even better. Guys Weekend

My adult son and several friends stayed in Kissimmee for the weekend. They went bass fishing and to Epcot. The house was perfect for them. Great location, the hosts was excellent. Would stay here again.
