Everything went smoothly. Host response time was very quick and helpful with any questions asked. The house has plenty of room, and we all had a great time with the pool table and jacuzzi.

Spring Break Vacation

The location and the neighborhood were both wonderful. The property manager and set up were both easy and accommodating. The home overall was perfect for what we were needing. The home could use a little more up keep as the floors were a little dirtier than expected and the walls appeared to need another coat of paint as they were pretty dirty and scuffed as well. The home just needs a little more attention as the filter in the pool had trash in it as well when we arrived. All in all these little things would not keep me from renting here again.

Worst stay ever

This is my worst experience doing a vacation rental. The unit had stained sheets and garbage in the drawers. The main thing was the refrigerator did not work. The pool area had trash there.I was there for 5 days without a refrigerator work not working. Maintenance came out and said the fan was not working and there was nothing they can do about it during my stay, so the best thing I can do is transfer the food from the refrigerator to the freezer everyday. I reached out to management several times no one called me back no one email me no one text me or anything. I take covert very seriously and I was left feeling unsafe especially with my family. I do not blame the owner I blame the management company casiola. If I was the owner I will be looking into finding another management company because they did not meet my needs

Suggestion for a pleasant stay

Beautiful home spacious. The family room decor and furniture is old and outdated. Suggest housekeeping to remove the spider webs from the light fixtures and the outside front and back patio needs to power wash.

Best Orlando Stay in 20 years!

Extremely quick and attentive staff. Very clean house and fully stocked. Pool issues the first day, they fixed the issue the same day, AMAZING!! Questions answered within minutes. Only negative was pricey, but worth it!! Thanks

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrrival went smooth to the property. They require u give names of all guest prior to arrival which I did one person had to wait at gate over a hour because security claimed her name was not on list I called Casiola several times for assistance one of the times I was hung up on finally after getting out the car and going in security booth and seeing her own name she was admitted no apology was giving for this inconvenience. We had to kill a huge cockroach on second floor of the home which freaked my son who has autism out. The shower door in master bath didn’t close and several other mishaps occurred this was my second visit in a casiola home and it was nothing like the first visit I’m not sure if I will book through this company again I was emailed a apology and that was it I must say I was surprised at condition of home sofas and carpet were filthy and I did report that as well.

No refrigerator for Thanksgiving. The refrigerator did not work at all.

Thanksgiving from Hell!! All the food and milk I bought for our six day holiday stay spoiled!!! I contacted the property management and VRBO and I was brought a mini refrigerator, smaller than a hotel refrigerator. I had no where to store my salads, pies and leftovers from Thanksgiving. Everything went to waste, including my grandbaby's breast milk!! I love Champion's gate but not that rental property. I feel VRBO should have did more since my money went to them. Property management company let us check out late @ 6pm. Beautiful house, very clean so I can't see how they missed that refrigerator!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm not one to complain, but we're experienced travelers and I would say this home needs a thorough inspection. When we first pulled up, trash bags were left on the front lawn from previous guests. Upon entering the house, it looks nice, but then once you're settled, you notice little things: scratches and holes on the walls, filthy baseboards, furniture needing repair. Even the housekeeping didn't take the time out to adjust the pillow cushions that were backwards in the couch! For the most part, the rooms were clean, beds were comfy, but the floors look like they needed attention. The kids did enjoy the pool, but the hot tub wasn't heated at all and was actually colder than the pool. We requested to have a grill retrieved, since there was one stated in the reservation. Unfortunately, there wasn't one on site and they could not provide it. However, we enjoyed our stay because we spent time with family, so we made the best of it. I wouldn't recommend this property, because you want to feel like you're in a vacation home, and this house missed the mark big time!
