The airport shuttle was excellent, they had construction going on around the pool area and could not access the indoor portion.

The hotel was nice and clean. Only thing that was discouraging was the fact that the pool was under construction. I booked with them because they had a pool so it really sucked to not be able to use it during my stay. Sure wish they would’ve had it posted on their site. Oh and you have to pay for parking every night. 🙄

Poor professionalism by staff. Everything felt damp. The associate at the door did not greet us, we barely could get her to look up from her iPad to find someone to check us in. We had a 7 year old, that had yet to sleep due to the delayed flight. The associate did not offer to book us a room, we had to ask. After charging us he asked if 1 bed was okay. We were a family of 3. We said we needed two beds, he said he would have to charge us again for a pricier room. Due to not having slept, we just said we would take the other room. The pullout bed was stained. Overall, horrible experience.

I was disappointed with my stay. I specifically booked this hotel because of the pool and turns out they had the pool closed for construction which was suppose to end on the 22nd and I arrived on the 23rd and it was still closed. They told me I could use the pool at the hotel next door and when I went over the agent at the other hotel seemed mad/annoyed saying Sheraton agents are not suppose to tell us to go use their pool . So I just left with my 2 kids and we didn’t use the pool . Also i don’t know if it’s every room or just the one I had but it smelled so bad. Like mold/dust . We kept having to turn off the ac to see if the smell would go away but it was so hot . The hotel itself is nice and the staff was friendly but there’s a lot of stuff they have to work on. I literally paid extra to have that pool view balcony just to have a view of construction and not be able to use it
