I have stayed at multiple properties here and by this company as well over the past 7 years, multiple times a year. Never have I experienced the terrible communication and lack of care for significant situations. This review has nothing to do with location as again we stay here often because of proximity to Disney and my family who lives just 5 minutes away. The place was clean but it needs maintenance - touch up walls and trim, missing controls for fans, broken blinds, AC/furnace that keep malfunctioning. But that wasn’t the worst of all. Multiple times power went out. I contacted the management company by phone text and message on VRBO and it took forever to hear back. They blamed the first outage on the power company but guess what, it wasn’t. The breaker OUTSIDE the home needed to be reset. We weren’t even told of this. We were without power for HOURS. After the first outage the furnace/AC wasn’t working and pool heater was not heating as it should. We had an additional power outage and again same story. I basically had to beg to get access to the private closet for breakers in the home. Again those were not it. Not once did management say check the breaker outside by the parking. It was my husband who thought to go out there because we parked by them to check. Truly my worst stay especially because of the lack of concern from the management company.
