There is enough space for the entire family in this open, spacious, 2 story Disney area Vacation Villa Paradise. The location could not be any better. Only a few short minutes from Walt Disney World and Orlando's other famous attractions like Universal Studios, Seaworld, and Legoland, our Solterra Resort villa rental sits nestled off Interstate 4 and Hwy 27. Easy access to shops, restaurants, and world class golf. Solterra Resort is a secure gated community only moments from the magic but far enough to experience peace from the busy tourist district. Solterra Resort is 15 minutes to Disney with access to the Interstate only 3-5 minutes from the entrance.
Our luxury villa makes sure your every need is addressed including a full living area downstairs and a separate loft area upstairs both with large flat panel tvs to enjoy a movie night or play your favorite game on a relaxing day in from the park. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas range. Themed bedrooms for the kids with tvs in all rooms. This contemporary styled luxury Villa has a conservation area backing the covered pool and spa, creates fun for the family, and relaxation for the adults! The Villa is situated in Central Florida's newest and most spacious conservation development, Solterra Resort.
Solterra Resort is located just off the I-4 Highway, less than half an hour from Orlando International Airport and just minutes from Disney and Universal, and close to many exclusive golf courses in the area. Easy access to the I-4 brings not only the theme parks, but also the Gulf beaches into easy reach by car. Numerous shops and restaurants are located within a few minutes drive from the resort, all of which makes Solterra, one of Orlando's most sought-after locations.
Our 6-bedroom 4.5 bathroom home sleeps up 12 comfortably and provides the ideal base for your family and friends to enjoy all that Florida has to offer and to meet all the expectations for your vacation. Air-conditioned throughout, this superbly furnished villa extends to approx 3500 sq ft and is fully equipped with 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a private pool and spa overlooking a pond at the rear of the home. The Villa is equipped with Wi-Fi Disney plus and YouTube TVin all rooms.


PLEASE NOTE: The pool and spa heat is optional and has an additional charge. If you chose to not have the pool heated take note that the water is usually colder than you expect and not comfortable to swim in especially in the winter months. If you choose to add pool heat after you arrive it normally takes 24 hours for the pool to reach proper temperature. Pool/spa heat for an additional $30 per night to your reservation. We heat the pool to 85 degrees and spa to 102 degrees, this is above most area pools. If you would like the pool warmer it will be an additional $5 per night with a maximum heat of 90 degrees for the pool and 104 for the spa.

If you are interested in BBQ grill rental we recommend Derenter.com or nohasslevacations.com Also no grill is provided due to past property damagebut there are multiple companies that rent grills at reasonable prices. If you wouldlike to rent a grill you can visit www.nohasslevaction.com and www.drenter.com they have rentals at a reasonable price and great service. They will drop the grill off before you arrive and pick it up after you leave in most cases. If you need info on renting just message us.
THIS IS A SELF SERVE HOME. We include all dishes, silverware, pots and pans, linens, towels (2 per guest), 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and 1 trash liner per trash can. We highly recommend that you add these items and Coffee Filters ,to your grocery order through Instacart and pick up all needed items from a nearby Publix or have delivered.
Attention!!! Parking Rules Are Strictly Enforced!!!
Overnight parking parking permits are required
Street parking is ONLY allowed in the marked white parking spaces. There is no parking on the grass or blocking of the sidewalk.
Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motorhomes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
Motorcycles and golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and properly registered and are parked in a garage.
Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing at the vehicle's owner's expense!!!
Trash service is 7 days a week
All trash must be placed in brown bin outside of the front door and is picked up at 6 am
All boxes must be broken down and laced inside of bin
No loose trash, all trash needs to be properly bagged and can not exceed 50 lbs.
