The hotel was nice, clean and updated. It didnt have an elevator, so if youre staying on the 2nd or 3rd floor, be prepared to walk some stairs! Not ideal when traveling with kids and luggage. Everything else at this hotel was great.

I absolutely love staying here. This is our home away from home. We stayed in an updated unit. It was so beautiful. Everything is perfect. If you need an additional supplies they provide it to you. Laundry soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and extra blankets! They even let us borrow fans to sleep. This place is the place to stay. Thank you to the staff for being on top on everything. :).

The pros: pretty close to Disney parks, clean, large room, nice pool and hot tub, newer looking room, loved screened in balcony. The cons: no elevator so had to carry luggage upstairs, no housekeeping (we called for emptying trash and were told to leave it outside the room), we had only two bags of coffee for 4 nights and I had to call three times to request more, and the ceiling in our room leaked during a rainstorm. Wish pool was open later. No breakfast or restaurants on site.
